I ordered and payed for toothbrush and…

I ordered and payed for toothbrush and extra paket with toothpaste and brushes! This was 18 June 2026! Dentis then promised delivery in 2 - 3 workdays! Still have not got what i ordered and paid for! Have tried several times to write emails to Dentis Customer Support! They don’t bother to respond to my emails! Recently they sent me an email, complaining about the items was out if stock for a ling time, but now we should get a email with tracking for our orders, and the product will mostly be delivered this week! Still have not got a email or any ordered items! STAY CLEAR OF DENTIS NORWAY! They are NOT serious! Nino Kolaas, Snåsa, Norway

Very bad experience

Very bad experience. Still warming for my order. I see now that they posted a comment here 2 years ago. Which they have now also sent to me in an email. Tis is a very bad business, ssammers

We experienced an unusually high demand earlier this year, which unfortunately caused delays for many of our customers. We apologise that we haven't been able to deliver as promised.

Our stock is now in place, and our warehouse is working around the clock to get all orders shipped out. You can expect a tracking number within 1-2 days, if you haven't already received one. After that, delivery takes 1-2 days.

Never received my order

I advise others to avoid Dentis. This appears to be a spam and fake website. I paid 120€ for my order and never received anything—no product, no updates, nothing.

This experience has been very disappointing and frustrating. A company that takes payment without delivering goods or providing proper customer support is simply not trustworthy.

Please be careful and do not trust this company.
