We would like to put the timeline into perspective. You purchased your Opel Corsa on 27 October and posted this review on 30 October, just three days later.
On Monday, we informed you that we had received the vehicle documents and that the technical inspection was planned for today. These preparations take time and depend on the necessary paperwork being available.
A quicker acknowledgement of your email would have provided reassurance, and we take that point. However, describing the situation as “no communication” does not fairly reflect the follow-up provided.
We understand that you are eager to receive your car. We also ask for a reasonable amount of time to complete the necessary steps properly.

However, the owner’s constant suspicion toward customers who come back with an issue is really annoying — as if every returning client is there to “knock” for no reason.
On top of that, I brought my car in for maintenance, paid €260 for an air‑conditioning repair… and the AC still doesn’t work at all. I’m now waiting for further information and a proper solution.

We would, however, like to clarify that the air-conditioning repair mentioned in your review was carried out on your daughter’s vehicle. This vehicle was not purchased from Dex, and the work was performed by our colleagues at our Aywaille workshop. Therefore, this part of your review does not appear to concern your purchase from Dex.
When an air-conditioning system is not working, recharging and testing it is generally the first step. As the issue persisted, our Aywaille workshop offered to keep your daughter’s vehicle for further investigation so that the underlying cause could be identified. This offer remains open.
If your concern relates instead to the Volkswagen Tiguan you purchased from Dex, please contact us directly. We would be happy to clarify the situation and assist you further.

At Dex Vilvoorde
At Dex Vilvoorde, they sold me a defective vehicle with a non-functioning air conditioning system, which I only realized when the weather got warmer. Furthermore, the cooling fan started running constantly. Now I can't use the car. Achraf at Dex Vilvoorde told me they checked the vehicle regularly for about a month before delivering it, but we've found that this isn't true. I bought the car for commercial use, but now I'm experiencing a loss of income because I can't use it. Two weeks ago, I tried to schedule an appointment with another Dex dealer, but they said that each dealer operates independently and the problem should be resolved with the dealer you bought the vehicle from. You go there thinking it's a large company, but each dealer is an independent seller. When there's a problem with a vehicle purchased from one dealer, another dealer won't help you; this is nothing short of customer deception.

Unfortunately, we are also dependent on the availability of the necessary replacement parts and products to complete the repair correctly.
