I had this company keep popping up on my socials so I thought I would give it a go and ordered a few items, one was a tank t-shirt and one was a cardigan.

I have no issue with the t-shirt but need to tell people about the cardigan I bought. The photos depicted an absolutely amazing unisex skate cardigan... it was exactly the type of cardigan I would wear. It was bright, chunky and appeared to be very good quality too.

After a few weeks the cardigan arrived and I knew instantly I had been scammed. They sent a really poor imitation of my cardigan. It was thin, cheap and was printed - NOT chunky wool. They knew exactly what they were doing by switching to an inferior product, hoping I would just accept it.

Let this be a warning to you as I have been backwards and forwards with them over the last few weeks determined to get a refund.

Their 'argument' was that the material is listed as "Material: 35% Viscose, 20% Cotton, 25% Polyester, 20% Nylon" near the bottom of the page and this is how they trip you up... they also claim that "This item is only available in the United States and Canada." - when really it clearly comes from China.

They began by giving me 20% off my next order then 15% refund, then a final offer of 25% which went up to 50% refund final offer which I reluctantly accepted because they dug their heels in that much I became exhausting.

This company is nothing more than a scam and I urge you to buy from them with caution. It was a very unpleasant experience and something I will never do again!

I was happy that I was able to add/remove items especially with size changes. Some sites make it cumbersome to make the changes.

This company is an absolute scam! I ordered a Michael Myers tank that in the picture was advertised as a tattered dark orange screen-print and got nothing like that! What I received was super thin, nylon type material. Upon contacting customer service they were rude, disrespectful and expected me to ship back a product to China and offered no refund expect for 10% back and a 20% coupon to order more crap! They even have a statement of "Guarantee Quality"...which means nothing! Buyer beware!!!!

These look like higher quality shirts than what places like Penney's or Kohl's would sell.

NEVER buy from darkpick.com! Paid $50 for a top. It came as a very cheap sports type of material and starting fraying and pilling on the first day! I didn't even wash it. Contacted their customer service and they try to tell you they have the best quality material when they clearly don't. Their money back guarantee is a scam. They will just deny your claim being true.

Ordered a shirt and they sent it in the wrong colour and wrong size.

Wouldn't refund me or send me the right one.
Had to go through my bank to get the money back.

Complete scam. Do not order.

The first time i.ordered,,i forgot to change the size,,for some reason...i thought I did..so I had to order again..make sure to look thru everything..sizes run true to size.

Your advertising online was wonderful. Your product kept popping up in my feed and I finally decided to purchase it.
