We wanted a local company to supply and fit a new EV charger, and found Danlec online. After easily filing the online application, Dan contacted us promptly with a very thorough and competitive quote, and an early date for the fit wasn’t a problem. Communication and promptness of service was first rate, with the fitting by Matt tidy and professional, despite the inclement weather. A first class company who we would highly recommend.

Had Danlec survey, quote and fit a full solar installation with gateway and Tesla battery module, the whole experience was nothing short of excellent from initial contact over the phone, followed by a very thorough and professional structural survey, further phone calls and emails as necessary with updates were all spot on, not once was I left dangling or wondering what was happening!!
Scaffolding arrived on the expected day and was put up quickly, a very friendly and polite team of electrician's and roofers also arrived on time with notice given prior to make sure all was good,the install was complete within 2x days as advised and was carried out with great care for our property and attention to detail which pleases my engineering brain and my OCD
The 20 panel system is performing with fantastic results, wish I'd invested in it years ago.....
All in all I highly recommend the Danlec team for providing us with a first class service..

Our installation was a two man job as the cable was required to be installed via the loft space. The work was carried out cleanly, quickly and professionally.

Following a recommendation I contacted Danlec to discuss my options to have an EV Charger fitted . Daniel explained everything to me and advised on which chargers to consider . Written quotes were sent whilst we were on the phone .
On installation day the guys arrived in a timely manner and were friendly and professional. They were extremely tidy and completed the installation without any problems .
Full invoice was sent in the afternoon and I paid it straight away - very satisfied

End to end experience was outstanding. Daniel was incredibly responsive to any queries i had regarding my ev charger installation. Pricing is transparent, providing written quotes and a generous window to pay the invoice once the work was done. No gotchas, unexpected surprises, or pressure to pay on the spot which was a pleasant change from some of the experiences I've had in the past with tradesmen and gives you enough time to properly inspect if you are actually happy with the work being done.

Chris came to do the actual installation and was very friendly, tidy, and professional and cleaned up before he left. Can't recommend this company enough if you are like me and tired of cowboys just looking to make a quick buck.

Danlec will be my go to for any domestic electrical work going forward and have definitely set the standard for me on what to expect in terms of end to end customer service from tradesmen.

Excellent standard of installation, very happy with the overall experience from initial contact to day of installation

The install itself went really well, but I’ve sadly not had the greatest experience with the admin team following installation, which due to misunderstanding and missed comms, I’ve had a delay in claiming for energy back to the grid. Found the admin team a little rude and condescending when I raised this issue and has let me feeling frustrated.

Installation of solar panels, battery and inverter was carried out in 1 day. Nice neat and tidy installation, no mess and the guys explained all the systems and the app fully. I would highly recommend Danlec.
