The first days was a bit of a disaster. The card doesn´t work in the lockers. It was also an error with the date of my first kick star session. After a second session that I had cancelled did not appear as such, so I´m now waiting for this star kick session since 15th july with no response of the people in charge to my whatsapps
Anyway I like a the installations and equipment and i have enjoyed BY MISELF of all of these but a bit of discomfort with the problems that I have mentioned

They increased membership tariff for my wife (membership # 17252387) twice during the year! First time €129-->€139 and second time €139-->€179.
40% tariff growth during the year! Unbelievable!
According to the contract (see Members Manual, chapter A paragraph l).), once the tariff has changed, we can cancel the membership. We asked them many times to cancel the contract after second increasing because my wife is not ready to pay €179/month for fitness club. They just ignored our requests and don’t even bother to explain us why we cannot cancel the contract due to tariff increasing and where it is mentioned in the contract. They continue bombing my family with bills despite my wife never visited the club since tariff was changed and we tried to cancel the membership.
Now David Lloyd passed our personal data to Third party which continue demand the money from us by emails and phone calls! They are threatening to sue us. They are demanding more and more money from us and increasing each day the total amount referring to the “corresponding interest update”. All these stuffs stressed our family and bothering a lot during the workday.
I'm not sure if it is legal at all what David Lloyd doing with us but it is definitely far away from the status of privilege sports club as they position themselves.
Since we didn’t receive any clear explanation and referrings to the contract conditions via a bunch of your extortion emails - why my wife cannot cancel the contract due to 40% price increasing during just the 1st year of her membership, please, provide it here as an answer for my review to help the community avoid similar troubles.
