This was my first purchase from Dolls.moe, and I had a really great experience. They were incredibly fast and thorough at every stage of the order, with clear and direct communication—especially regarding shipping.

The packaging was perfect: the dolls arrived in perfect condition, and their boxes were also in impeccable shape. You can clearly see the care they put into preparing each order.

I also really appreciated the little extras, like the treats included in the package and the mini calendar for 2027: these are simple gestures, but they really make a difference and make the customer feel valued and taken care of.

Dolls.Moe is gaslighting Me because he has created problems between the dealer & Dolls.Moe by his own actions but not by Me. I’m just a usual customer that has received information that must be shared only between the dealer and Dolls.Moe. He has been aggressively communicating with Me though it’s his fault and responsibility to control what he does. If Dolls.Moe is lazy, it’s not my problem: instead of texting he sends screenshots. I have my personal opinion that Dolls.Moe has psychological problems because I have never faced such aggression and inadequacy, i.e. he blocks Me, then unblocks Me and looks through my social media — strange behavior: if You block and don’t want to see a person, why do You look through his her social media? I don’t understand that. & yes, he’s a very bad person because he has taken my money, my time and my health: time costs money, stress affects health — it’s my personal opinion and I have a right to say it because he has intentionally refunded 18$ though I had asked not to do it. I have screenshots of his behavior that is against all moral and ethical standards. Dolls.Moe knows that my Mother is an invalid and he is behaving without any respect towards this fact. I can’t receive money or refunds from abroad — now my payment system doesn’t work because of actions by Dolls.Moe & he has done this intentionally: this affects that my Mother cannot receive necessary medications because of actions by Dolls.Moe. & last but not least is that Dolls.Moe has been having my 18$ but Dolls.Moe has blocked Me everywhere not giving Me a chance to remind him about 18$ — in this case I have a question: “Does Dolls.Moe have problems with his memory or again he has blocked Me everywhere knowing that I can’t reach him not to refund 18$?”
