I want to be honest: I am a trader and I violated DMarket's Terms of Service by creating a network accounts to distribute my trading balance (around $500–$700 on each account, totaling over $4,500). The security system rightfully flagged and banned my accounts for multi-accounting. I fully admit my mistake and apologize for violating the rules.
However, the support team completely refuses any cooperation to return my initial clean crypto deposits. All these funds were deposited directly via Binance and were not stolen or obtained through scams on the platform. It is my personal capital.
I am not asking to unban the accounts — DMarket can permanently delete all profiles. I am asking the management for a compromise: allow me to pass full KYC verification for my identity and refund my initial Binance deposits, or let me withdraw the funds before the final deletion. Keeping over $4,500 of a user's clean deposit is too harsh a punishment for a multi-account violation where no other users were harmed.

Good service, next to impossible address verification

I had an unacceptable experience with hidden charges on DMarket.
​I deposited funds into my platform wallet to purchase an item. The listed price on the marketplace was $76.00 USD, and the official order confirmation email clearly stated:
Total Amount: 76.0 USD | You paid: 76 USD.
​However, checking my wallet transaction history, DMarket silently deducted -$83.60 USD from my balance for this exact transaction—charging an undisclosed 10% extra ($7.60 USD) without any notification, breakdown, or consent at checkout.
​Deducting more from a user's wallet than the confirmed checkout price violates transparent pricing rules and is completely deceptive. I have all the transaction IDs and screenshots proving the discrepancy. Be extremely careful when using your balance here—they add hidden fees silently.

Not much to say, other than that DMarket has quite fair prices and that it's easy, and quick. I got most of my skins from DMarket and I would recommend.

Kyc process is a hassle, and the fact that i have to look around for 15min on the site to find out how to do the kyc says itself

these prices are so mid compared to other sites and ofc they have like 67% deposit tax too and if your currency isnt valuable then just leave the site LOL

Great website with easy to view listings. I dont like waiting for the 7 day delay direct with Steam, so Im happy to pay their small fees to trade skins. They always deliver so I use them all the time.
