Both the shopping experience and the purchasing experience were very simple and smooth.

My friend purchased a supposedly certified 300 Winchester magnum, went to sight it in and couldn't even hit the 30 yard target as it turns out it had a cheap muzzle break on it and the bullet was hitting it. I think the seller should have disclosed this and whoever certified it should have noted this flaw also. My friend emailed Guns.com hoping to at least get a partial refund but because he had to work and didn't have a chance to fire it til past their 7 day warranty, they just said your out of luck. What great service toward a veteran. Seems to me anyone can sell a piece of worthless junk on their site as long as they get their cut and they consider any rifle put together certified. We will be sure to let everyone we know not to use your site. Your mission is not exceptional customer service but to take advantage of hardworking people and you have no integrity by selling junk. He took it to a gun shop and they told him what was wrong with it. BUYER BEWARE!!

Did not even receive the correct gun ordered a 44 cal. And received a 50. I had already purchased accessories for a 44 cal. Desert eagle. Now hav a gun that cost more to shoot because can't find 50 cal target ammo.

I purchased a fn 502 about a month ago. The process was extremely easy. I was kept I formed every step of the way. Delivery to my local FFL was quick and seamless. Everything was there as advertised, no hidden costs.
I’m pretty certain that this was the smoothest purchase I’ve ever done on line. Also, the fn 502, is one of the best feeling, best shooting, pistols out there. I originally wanted the Taurus TX22 but prices were inflated due to availability. I’m so glad about that. I love this pistol. Guns.com is the place to find and buy all things shooting.

First off they dont reply to emails. Theres a phone on their website, like you can call them and complain or ask a question. I am out 100 dollars because they sent me a rifle that was so broken Helen Keller could see it. If you send them an email with 4 questions. They may or may not respond at all. I have 5 emails with no replies. And if they do answer, they may answer 1 of the 4 questions. Its like I am beneath their time. Use a company that cares about their customers. This company is horrible.

I was searching for a particular pistol that was out of stock at most dealers and prices were very inflated at those in stock dealers. When I looked at Guns.com I was able to find what I wanted within a minute at a reasonable price. The buying process was quick and easy and shipping to my local FFL was accomplished in a timely manner.
I will again be utilizing Guns.com for future purchases.

This is the fourth gun I have purchased thru’ Guns.com. They make the purchase so easy. Plus they ship it out quickly.

Ive been trying to buy a shotgun from this website. The only form of communication is via email and it takes days to get a response. I was interested in a used shotgun and asked for detailed photos since the ones posted dont show much detail on common wear areas. As soon as I stated I was interested in buying the gun, they raised the posted price, I still dont have ptotos 10 days later. Dont waste your time with this outfit. The other game they play is they make it sound like you can return the gun if you dont like it , but the small print says there is a 15% restocking fee, and the buyers refund will also have the original and return shipping deducted. which for this gun would be over $600 meaning most people wont return the gun , more marketing BS

I made an offer on a used .270 T3X and it was accepted within hours. Great communication throughout the entire transaction. Gun arrived on time with no issues. Gun is like new! I don’t see any indication the gun was ever used. Extremely satisfied with the entire experience. Already have my eye on my next purchase!
