The quality is always great. I always buy textile stickers here and they are always great quality in print and stickiness.

Good service
Got a good offer and was delivered reasonably soon. Not ultra fast but OK given it's all custom made.

The iron on name tags for clothing, do not work! They come off in the first or second wash of the clothing item and clog your machine filter. I read the instructions very carefully to ensure I was using the correct method and it made no difference. I gave 2 stars because the name stickers did work well.

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that the name tags came off so quickly. They are designed to be suitable for both the washing machine and dryer, so it sounds like something may have gone wrong during application. Please contact our customer service team by email, so we can look into this and find a solution for you.

I ordered a set of stickers on 23rd of…
I ordered a set of stickers on 23rd of September. The delivery never arrived and thats ok it can happen. I sent an email near the end of September and didn’t get any reply from the customer service. Couple of days later I called them over the phone and a representative told me my shipment was lost in delivery but he will contact the HQ and I will be sent a new set of stickers. Five days later I received an email to which I had to confirm my Adress in order for my second set to be shipped. Now is the 11th and I still haven’t received an confirmation that my order was reshipped and my package still hasn’t arrived yet I received an email to rate Gutmarkiert. Well this is my rating and If I could I would assign 0 stars. There is no return feedback, no confirmation and no communication. At this point it just feels as a scam website and I feel disrespected. Its been more than 20 days and I still don’t know where my order is nor If it is sent at all and we are talking hear about a set of stickers that are sent in an envelope not a big package. Hope this is just my case but very very disappointing.

Hello Kruno,
we are very sorry that there were problems with the delivery of your order. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the shipping service provider and can only assume that your shipment was lost. We reproduced your order on October 13th. and hope that the stickers have now arrived safely.
Kind regards,
gutmarkiert
