I strongly advise not to buy from this…

I strongly advise not to buy from this site!!!!
I purchased a football kit for my son for Christmas from Gritpe as the website proclaimed that I would have the item by the 23rd December at the latest. On the 23rd I contacted them asking to provide tracking details, as I had not received anything from them. They replied saying there was a system error and they would compensate me after I pay for a new order, meaning I would have to pay twice, then get a refund and discount. I decided the offer and asked for a refund. I then sent several emails to no avail and ended up contacting my bank to intervene and get my money back.
