You cannot reach a person on the phone. It is all automated and kicks you out eventually without solving your problem. I order hundreds of euros worth of stuff from them and recently got a faulty product and I filled out the only form and it came up with an error at the end. Then I called and got kicked off because the automated system told me to go online to fill out form. Really bad.
Great team let me quickly cancel my order to avoid duplications and shipping from Germany to Switzerland. Truly sustainable approach!
