Superb service
I've never bought from Greenes Shoes before but I found their website, and the exact pair of shoes I was looking for. I rang their store in Letterkenny and spoke to a fantastic girl called Emma. She took my order over the phone and said she'd dispatch the order immediately. That was on Thursday afternoon and my shoes arrived in perfect condition today, Saturday. It was such a pleasure dealing with Emma and I will certainly be telling all my friends about the top notch service. The shoes were packaged beautifully and in pristine condition. Top class service I'm thrilled

Outstanding customer service . Had to return boots for smaller size , phoned first and staff on shop floor as well as Emma in the office were so helpful and polite. I returned the original size - the second parcel was delivered here to Offaly just 24 hours later with my gorgeous brown suede ankle boots . Thrilled with the product , delivery and service .
