I have used Lartisien so far for two trips, one to Japan for my stay in Tokyo, and just recently for my trip to Shanghai. The team at Lartisien are very helpful in ensuring the trip is done right, they share proper recommendations, pre-arrange everything with the hotel and ensure all your requirements are met.
I also like that the team ensures the hotels they have listed are well managed hotels, and don't just carry a famous brand name.

Four Seasons Buenos Aires
I would like to write our thoughts about our stay at the Four Seasons on Buenos Aires this week.
We recently stayed at the Four Seasons Buenos Aires and overall had a pleasant experience thanks to the exceptional staff, who were kind, attentive, and truly made our stay unforgettable. We also greatly appreciated the upgrade to a beautiful Junior Suite overlooking the pool.
However, we were disappointed by the overall condition of the hotel, which does not reflect the standard we usually associate with the Four Seasons brand. Although the room was comfortable, it felt outdated and in need of renovation. The sofa and mattress showed signs of wear, and the bathroom also appeared old-fashioned.
The food was excellent, but the lobby felt cold and impersonal, more like a business hotel. The gym had a lovely view, yet the equipment was outdated as well.
Overall, the staff made our stay special, but we sincerely believe the hotel would benefit greatly from renovation and modernization.

This has been a tremendous experience. Everything unfolded in a magical way that was clearly beyond our expectations. The theme for our adventure was the European Christmas Markets. Rosewood Munich was our first stop. Another exceptional experience curated by Shellam, Donna, and the Lartisien team.
