Terrible experience they say they will apply for you but they only send emails and most of the companies send you an email back saying please apply on our platform. Then they charged me again for a second month when I had canceled and they won't refund me. Not useful and terrible customer service do not use!

Found no relevant jobs unsubscribed immediately but global.ai refunded once I made them aware.

Do not give your email address: I began the process of creating an account and provided my email address. When I saw it was a subscription product I abandoned creating the account.
Now my email inbox is flooded with scammers and phishing emails trying to get me to click on links for platforms I do not use or have accounts for.
I've asked for all my data to be deleted and for confirmation, we'll see if they are legitimate and they abide by data protection law.

The support team is helpful! But this service provided was terrible!

They basically scammed me. I was told that I was paying for just a one week seven day subscription until my card was charged for $20 for a whole month subscription even though it was unwanted. I went back-and-forth through email and they said they couldn’t refund me because it was an active service even though I never used it because I didn’t want it.

The representative was professional, respectful and worked with me until we reached a resolution that benefited both parties.

I had a great experience with this company. The only reason I did cancelling is just due to the ongoing fee as I did not realize that it was a reoccurring fee.

The company is a HUGE scam. Do NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. When you cancel, they don't refund your money. They accuse you of lying. Nothing like stealing $50 from an unemployed person. They aren't even registered with BBB because they are a scam. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

Don’t forget to cancel your trial.
They didn’t to anything different than a free account on LinkedIn would do.
Just go out and find your own job. This company is a big waste of time and money.
Also didn’t even apologize for not getting me a job. Took $50 and basically said “sucks to suck”

I received direct contact in a timely manner, when I needed clarification and action taken regarding my account. The support was immediate and pleasant, which was really lovely and appreciated!

I've used this for a week, and the positive reviews for this seem to be a scam, and my negative experience with it would affirm that. I've used 3-4 other free tools that do a better job finding positions. It's resume tailoring is awful, and most of the time crashes the page. The roles it finds based off of your resume barely cary similarity.

Skip it. There are free tools that offer more.
