The account in USD works well, but for any reason the account in EUR is not working well and the money is taking very long in arrive. The worst is the "assistant" assigned to you, this guy is not answering the messages or giving information about the solution of the problem.

The app works well and you can make international operations. HOWEVER, the coupon are a scam, neither the ones they give you for free nor the PRO Plan (for which you pay 10 USD) save you money. You can see and you receive the same amount of the currency you wanted to convert, with or without them. 3 times I tried and 3 times it didn't changed and they don't give you back the money if you complain.

Is a little bit complicated to transfer money form my saving account at USA to Global66 is confusing to do it.
I like interest received for my dollars and Colombian money savings.

The experience was bad. I received two transfers of $50 and $100 without any problems. When I received one for $1100, they held it up and asked for proof that has no legal basis, like chat conversations, family relationships, or things like that. After sending the requested documentation and receiving approval, they took their time releasing the funds. 96 hours have passed and I haven't received a response. They're quick to collect fees for wire transfers, but it takes longer than an ACH transfer, which is free. Their WhatsApp support is a chatbot. It's useless. They only answer emails when they're out of things to say, and then they ignore them. Their Instagram is the same; they stop reading. Go and read the comments. My experience has been very bad. At the moment, it seems I've lost $1100.

I completely dislike this company they promised 6% annual interest if I have certain amount of money in the USD account but I never earned that much. Then I tried to transfer my money and they charged me an absurd amount of money for converting and then for transfering. I felt cheated. I will never use their platform again.

Terrible customer service. They had to refund me for a transfer that couldn’t be added to my account. Two weeks, 23 emails, endless chats through WhatsApp and several hours wasted later, they still haven’t refund me. They said the account that was supposed to receive the money couldn’t receive it but I myself made an instant transfer from my own global66 account to that account, proving them wrong. They can’t answer basic questions and they ignore you for days sometimes. Zero ⭐️

I've used Global 66 many times to send money. It has always been received the next business day. Never had a problem. Their service is excellent. A very reliable company.

The tariffs for international transfer are very high. The more money you wat to send the higher the tariff. It is cheaper with the bank. They also charge for local transfers when the banks do not. Just a waste of time.

The worst app, they let me open my account, accept my deposits, and later they cancel my account! More the 2 month no give me back my money! Nightmare with them! don’t trust this app.

I stared using this app, because they give me a decent exchange when I transfer from Chile to Colombia, but lately everything has changed for the worst, they pay much lower than what you see in Google exchange! IN FACT, MUCH LOWER THAN MOST OTHER MONEY TRANSFER COMPANIES. THERE FOR I'M NOT LONGER USING THEIR SERVICES.

They won't refund money discounted from a transfer I did not make, and they write mails as if they were bots. Is this a scam or what?

You can´t use your Global card to order on Amazon.
