It looks great and the quality of the products are classy. The delivery was spot on. The negatives from our side is too much dark chocolate and pretzels are not for us.

Very easy to customise box for a gift
Very easy to customise box for a gift. Made up beautifully. Only issue was I requested a specific day for delivery and it came the day before- no biggy but why have an option for delivery date if it will be ignored, wouldn’t stop me using this again though

Our preferred delivery date option allows you to select the date you’d ideally like your parcel to arrive on. While we can’t guarantee delivery on a specific day due to relying on a third-party courier, we always aim for parcels to arrive either the day before or on your selected date. We appreciate your understanding and apologise for any disappointment caused by the parcel arriving earlier than expected.
As this was a birthday gift, we would've also labelled the outside of the shipper advising not to open it until your recipient's birthday.

I left it far too late to place my order for delivery on my daughter-in-law's birthday and as it was in a rural area on South Island I was warned that it would probably be two days late. However, it arrived on her birthday. What better service could I ask for.
