Lovely shopping experience with Giannicalzature. Le Bohemien shoes are beautiful, comfortable, and excellent quality. Everything arrived quickly and was perfectly packaged. I’m very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend.

Nice first experience was with Simone

First experience was with Simone. She gave me all needed information. Buying threw webshop was clear, delivery from Italy to Croatia in 3 days. Shoes - wonderful. Customer experience - fantastic.

Good customer service

I was disappointed by not getting feedback for my return request. However, there has been obviously a misunderstanding and the customer service on WhatsApp resolved the matter and clarified the issue. Thanks a lot

Total customer satisfaction: Thank you Gianni Calzature!

I want to express my total satisfaction and superb customer experience having been a client of Gianni Calzature. I have purchased a pair of beautiful Italian shoes and albeit the Brexit difficulties around international trade, everything has been sorted out without a problem.
Most importantly however, it is the experience which Simone created around my purchase from discussing the fit of a particular brand (and getting this right the first time) through logistics and everything else.

Thank you very much indeed and keep up the good work, so that other happy customers like me can enjoy their stylish Italian shoes :-)!
