Easy to find, warm welcome, visit in French with a girl very sympathetic. Possibility to see all the process and to taste all vinegars. A very interesting moment. And possibly to order products and to send them in France with ups.

I've been using and indulging in Giusti vinegars for"ever", probably around 20 years. They are the best quality vinegars I have ever come across. Plus, a few years ago, we visited this family-run the manufacturing site with their museum and had a vinegar tasting. Such an opportunity comes highly recommended.

Online shopping as easy, pleasant (I needed support from the customer service, very quick and very helpful) and delivery was much quicker than I expected.

High quality delivery management, great response time and everything arrived safe as expected. Could have been 5 stars with a better package for the Giusti sponsored bags, that arrived slightly ruined (they have been purchase to be sued as a gift for others so this is the reason).

Bought product at the shop in Modena. The woman was very friendly and helpful. I had the balsamic shipped to the US and it arrived within a week.

I absolutely adore your products. I have been buying them here in the South of France in a shop for a number of years and recently decided to order online as you offered me a 15% discount. For me the shipping charge of 19€90 had always been too high but with the 15% discount I decided to go ahead. Everything was admirable, your emails keeping me up to date etc. and in the end the packaging was impressively efficient and solid and everything was in perfect condition.
-- HOWEVER you chose UPS for the second part of the journey. I stayed at home especially for hours but then received their message that delivery 'had not been possible'. They did not even try like they had not tried twice before recently with deliveries from Brador shoes. Instead I had to go 5 kms to a little shop in Menton with ridiculously inconvenient opening hours like 10-12 and 14-16.
It was very difficult for me to go to collect my Giusti parcel. I do not want to have to do that again.
As UPS is so useless I suggest you look into using someone else like Colissimo -- they are excellent, they try to bring the parcels to the customer and if the customer is absent they leave them in convenient places not far away with reasonable opening hours. I know you can use Colissimo from Italy as I frequently have dog food delivered from Monge with great efficiency.
