We were very happy with our experience at Geretti. The sales person was very helpful, informative and personable. He helped us find a diamond to replace a lost setting in my wedding ring. The replacement and repairs were very professional.
One of the warmest and welcoming experience I had in a long time in Brussels stores. Even if I came only for a consultation at this point, Marc was very helpful in a matter I had.

I cannot recommend Marc highly enough. Rarely have I experienced such customer care and excellent service.
The vendor supported me for more than 2 hours to assemble the "perfect" ring that I wished to propose to my girlfriend.
He took the time to answer all of my questions while offering precious advice and made sure to meet my demands.
Also, the price turned out to be very reasonable and he managed to have the ring ready very quickly so as to meet my time constraints.

I got recommendation about Geretti way back in 2019 from a 5-stars luxury hotel in Amsterdam, and boy they are not wrong! When it comes to diamond I would totally just go for their design and quality. Marc, in particular, is a very compassionate jeweller. He would not recommend a design if it's not good or won't sit good on you. In total I have trusted him 4 of my diamond jewelleries. If I had 20 thumbs, I would give Geretti all of it.
