very fast delivery & beautifully presented
I ordered this as a Christmas present and was quite nervous about having glass sent in the post. The glasses are very high quality, they look even better in reality than on the website. To add to the extremely efficient service, i ordered late evening and the goods were ready for collection 36 hrs later, the box was in an extremely smart elegant bag which i couldnt have picked better myself !
I highly recomend this website, cant rate highly enough and will happily order again.

My Engraved Knife
I bought a nice engraved knife. Everything was good, especially the speed! Got it in 2-3 days. On the website, text shows in red and not exactly in good proportion with the product. But infact text is in black on the product, which is good. Maybe you can improve that. Thanks again.

Regarding engraving colors, the actual color of the engraving for a specific produkt is always listed in the pop-up engraving window, beneath the button "Spara ändringar".
The reason for the engraving text being shown in red on the product preview is to make sure that it's easy to see how the text looks and how big it will be on the product.
For example, on many metal products, the actual engraving color will be gray/silver. And if the text color in the preview also would be gray/silver, it would be hard to get a good idea of how the font and size will be on the product.
We are also happy to hear you like the chef's knife, hope it comes to good use :)
