Perfect tool to use on a spark plug change for a Subaru Forester 2.5. The labor time guide calls for about 3.0 hours plus in labor. I did it with Bolthero in about 40 minutes.

Arrived on time. Product as described. Have not used yet can update after I do.

I was a master mechanic many years ago. Due to age and career change I no longer do much of that work. I bought the BOLTHERO for my mechanic to use when it comes time to replace spark plugs on my Subaru Forester boxer engine. I see that it has many other uses as well. Wish I had it 4 years ago when we were trying to reconnect an alternator on a PT Cruiser. Those bolts were hard to access too. This would have made it far easier.

I was kept informed of my shipment the whole way until I received their great product. I strongly recommend this tool.

Took longer than expected for delivery.
Quality looks good.
Adapters are a nice touch.

Very high price. Wrench is not what they claimed. Was lost in mail, they wouldn't admit it . Not worth it.

Ordered July 3. Paid $69. Delivery is very slow. Bolthero reps tell me they dont know the carrier. (Sounds like BS). It been 4 weeks. Still not here. Request for refund denied.

Im am a paying customer. I have been in touch with your customer service, which just tells me 'sorry, just keep waiting'. Talk to your customer rep. She knows I'm pissed.

I've used it a dozen times in the first week doing mower repairs. I can't believe I've been busting my knuckles for so long. I wish I had this as one of my first tools. Thank you.

Worked quite well,saved a lot of time and with very little swearing.

I ordered two wrenches from bolthero. When they arrived i opened one of them up and when i looked in the bag of adapters one of the ball bearings was missing. I emailed the company and told them i was questioning the quality of the tool. Customer service responded back to say that i would recieve a 50% refund and also a new adapter and that they are sorry for any inconvenience..
They are a good company to deal with and i would recomed them to other people. Still waiting on both but its only been a couple days. Thank you.
