The Township will accept the site plan from GET A SITE PLAN.
My experience with GET A SITE PLAN, so far, has been professional. The township will accept the files from GASP or the survey that I purchased when I first bought the property. GASP's is easier for us to work with on our computer.
The Plan arrived in my email overnight, as promised. I took it to the township on the 10th of August; the township said, "Either is acceptable."
I have to fill out the rest of the application with the final measurements and contractor information.
I am not finished yet. I am looking at a few more days. Then I will update my review.
I would recommend Get A SITE Plan.
