The technician took three hours to arrive after indicating he would be an hour. He cut the wires to my bluetooth remote control system requiring me to call an electrician to fix. Left the the old system for me to dispose without even offering for removal. Never experienced a more incompetent tradie in my life (and I come from a family of tradies). DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!
