I have had an excellent experience with Gadcet, I have found this company reliable and extremely professional.

Terrible company.

I attempted to sell to them through there website. I placed an order, posted the order and the received it. They sent me confirmation saying that I would receive an update in 2-5 busniess days. No update was received. I emailed there support back in June and then a week later. NO RESPONSE. I have just called them and no one awnsers the phone. My order has been robbed off of me.

Good price, communication and delivery

Was able to purchase a unique brand new phone from Gadcet with a 1 year guarantee at a very large discount. It arrived in 1 day with free shipping and well packaged.

Initially, the item was not delivered on the scheduled date. However, after contacting Gadcet, I received an immediate response, including a sincere apology and a proposed resolution, which I accepted. The item was then delivered the following day.

I mention this because, in business, supply chains can occasionally fail. What truly matters is how an organization responds when things don't go to plan. Gadcet handled the situation promptly, professionally, and to my complete satisfaction. Based on that experience, I'd have no hesitation in highly recommending Gadcet.

Great communication, fast delivery, good range of products with solid pricing

I bought a laptop and delivery was great- 1 day. Unfortunately laptop was dirty inside and smelly. The condition was described as very good and there was nothing wrong with it technically other than the unpleasent, used smell and very dirty keyboard and display.

On asking the staff for more information on the product it wasn’t known. The description of the product wasn’t as clear as most retailers. On receiving the product it turned out to be an older model and not the one universally described.

Brilliant price, cheapest around for the Bosch impact driver. Quick delivery as well and price included delivery! What was not to like?
