MY MONEY HAS BEEN HELD HOSTAGE FOR OVER A YEAR – NO REASON EVER GIVEN – SVG ENTITY
I opened my account with GO Markets (SVG entity) on 25 September 2024 and deposited funds via USDT. My withdrawal was rejected last year with no explanation. What followed was nearly a full year of complete silence from GO Markets — no update, no resolution, nothing.
Two weeks ago I resumed contact, sending two separate formal written complaints demanding the exact reason for the rejection and the specific clause of the Client Agreement I supposedly violated. Every single reply, without exception, has been this exact copy pasted message: We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. At the moment, our Customer Support team is still awaiting confirmation from the relevant department. As such, we are unable to provide you with an accurate update at this time.
That is it. Not once in over a year has GO Markets provided a single concrete reason, a clause reference, or a timeline. This is not under review. This is a company that has had 365 plus days to answer one simple question and has chosen not to.
I am now in direct contact with more than 10 other clients trapped in the exact same situation — money deposited without issue, withdrawal blocked indefinitely, and the identical scripted non answer used to stall every one of us.
Before you deposit a single dollar, know this: this account is registered under GO Markets SVG entity, not their ASIC or CySEC regulated entities, and it offers essentially zero meaningful oversight or dispute resolution. I am living proof of what that means in practice.
I am now pursuing this through regulatory reporting and blockchain forensic tracing on the USDT transaction. I will update this review with every development.
UPDATE: After further correspondence, GO Markets' own representatives have now confirmed the following in writing:
The GO Markets Mauritius entity (FSC-regulated, License No. GB 19024896) stated it is "not responsible" for this case and "does not share client database with GO Markets LLC (SVG)."
The GO Markets Australia entity (ASIC-regulated, AFSL 254963) likewise directed me to deal only with the SVG entity, stating they are "separate entities."
My funds are held solely under GO Markets LLC (SVG), which is subject to no meaningful regulatory oversight and has provided no substantive answer in over a year.
In other words: clients are attracted under one trusted "GO Markets" brand built on regulated licenses, but the actual funds sit in an unregulated offshore entity — and when a problem arises, every regulated entity disclaims responsibility. This is not my interpretation; it is what GO Markets themselves confirmed in writing. Reported to ASIC (ref. 10119960). Verify exactly which entity will hold your funds before depositing.

I am highly disappointed with my experience with this broker. After spending two weeks completing their extensive document and address verification process, my account was automatically closed without any prior notification or explanation. The lack of communication and poor customer service are completely unacceptable.
