Our 2nd trip with SW golf and we wil almost certainly use them again. Other than a mixup over dates/timings which they resolved, it was very good.
Communications and responsiveness were excellent.

Once again a faultless experience from start to finish. Great options and service when planning, and everything ran smoothly throughout the weekend. Absolutely brilliant and already have reqest in for next years trip.

The golf courses were the Dorset golf and country club and the isle of purbeck (which is stunning but hard )
The Dorset was a nice course although they booked another society right behind our group of 10 then told us to hurry up
Even though we were right behind the group in front of us
We stayed at the knoll house hotel which is definitely quirky and needs some maintenance but was a good base
With great staff
But the whole experience was brilliant and perfectly organised
So no complaints there
Would definitely book through golf south west again

In booking our Devon and Cornwall golfing expedition from Australia, Golf South West were quick to respond to my email communication, and to make bookings for my wife and I that suited our schedule. Also helpful in assisting with the refunding of one of our booked days when our schedule had to be modified.

The holiday plan was executed very well the golf was very good was impressed . the only problem we encountered was that we stayed in the Stones Hotel opposite High Post golf and the rooms were ok but the service and the restaurant was disappointing we were there for 4 nights . we would not stay there again . otherwise was well pleased .

First class service from first contact to last email, we had a golf course closed on day we was playing, because of fog 1 phone call to SWG & refund in account next day.

We have used Golf South West for many years now and they have delivered every time. They begin with a discussion to understand what we are looking for. They will book hotel and golf courses and we know that there will be no issues when we turn up. The people who work at GSW are always there to help when needed. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a golf break.

The comunication was very good all the way through. The courses all worked with good tee times. The hotel was very and the staff were very attentive. All in all a great tour.

We had a great week playing both East and West Saunton over three rounds which were both in great condition and the staff were brilliant.
We finished the week off at Royal North Devon, the oldest course in England. It was a pleasure to play at this historic place and we hope to return.

We stayed at the Barnstaple Hotel and can recommend the full breakfast 😄

GSW has organised our golf breaks for the past 2 years and have been helpful and efficient in making the arrangements and communicating the information along the way.

From the first phone call golf south west was very helpful with my booking of my golf break. The courses and hotel they booked for us was superb. Would 100 recommend if you are keen to do a golf break!

South West Golf was great from beginning to end. The packages they put together for us gave us lots of options and the one we went for was fab! All of us (7) loved it and are already planning next year. The staff we dealt with were all patient and accommodating with our changes and many questions. The package was also very reasonable and much better than other providers. We would definitely recommend them.

The customer service offered by GSW has been exceptional. Sadly I had to drop out of a group trip due to unexpected circumstances and they did everything possible to recover all the green fees as fast as possible and communicated with me all the way through, as well as being quick to respond to my initial query. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen such a high level of care in customer service and I was very impressed and grateful. The interaction has been incredibly positive and I will definitely be booking with GSW for my next trip.

Everything was done for us - Burnham & Berrow was great, as was Stoke Park. The hotel we stopped in left a bit to be desired though

Really very pleased with the service from Golf South West. We booked a 3 day golf tour reasonably last minute and they had 3 great courses in Devon on offer which were superb. Great accommodation at Dartmouth Golf & Country Club, DB&B and the food was first class. Extremely good value - would definitely recommend and recommend we’ll be using them again.

Booked 2 nights Grand Hotel Swansea ,3 games at different venues Celtic manor , 2010 course, Machynys and the Vale resort , Alex from GSW was very professional and we had a great time

Golf South West were great in arranging our trip and all went according to plan. There were only four of us and the courses we chose were interesting and varied and the hotel the Royal & Fortescue in Barnstaple was fine. The Royal North Devon golf club was not in the best condition due to the Dry summer and the course was challenging and a little difficult to navigate but the clubhouse was interesting and the staff were very good. We played Saunton West next and the course was fair and in good condition. The following day we were due to play Saunton East but the weather was very poor and we only managed to play a few holes but our impression was that the layout and condition was first class. All credit to the staff at Saunton they very kindly allowed us the opportunity to play at a later date.
