I had 307 Euro in this bank. Suddenly without informing me the account has closed. Still 8 months have passed, I didn't get my refund from the bank.Really 100% scamming bank. I don't recommend anyone to be a customer of this bank.

C24 blocked my account within a few…
C24 blocked my account within a few days and quit the business relationship, after I CONTACTED THEM to find a solution for me living outside of Germany/EU. They nastily did not allow me a grace period to open a new bank account. They did not care at all, as if I was criminal. And my account was always in best standing!

Be aware
Be aware! not a responsible serious bank, blocked my account and kept the money. They made me feel like some criminal all the time and I had to provide data of my husbands account because he sent me money. Their service is empathetic like AI but that´s it, they don´t have answers n solutions.
