I have used buymie through Dunnes before and found it good but this time I was left short an item which I paid for and have had no response to my email. Won't be using buymie again.

I love this app its so user friendly and even if there is a problem which is very rarely they support team is amazing

Always something missing / store bought bags ordered but the driver uses their own bags and I presume keeps the difference, out of date items arrive and hidden costs ‘platform fees’

I have been using Buymie for over two years, and one of the things I value most is the customer service. The team is always very open to feedback and responsive when something goes wrong.

Over time, I have noticed clear improvements in the service, which shows that customer feedback is genuinely taken into account. I think it is important for customers to point out issues when they happen, and Buymie does a very good job of listening, understanding what went wrong, and using that feedback to improve the overall experience.
Shoppers usually are on time.

Twice now I have used the Buymie delivery service from Dunnes and twice they have failed to deliver either within the 2-hour window or all the items that were ordered and paid for. Took two more days to get the items that I had ordered 4 x days before.
Making me reconsider my decades-long loyalty to Dunnes....

As always, Buymie has a great customer service. There was a mishap with my order and they were able to answer quickly and solve it immediately. Thank you so much.

I highly recommend the Buymie service! It’s a very quick, convenient, and easy-to-use delivery system. I especially love how you can leave notes for your shopper with specific instructions about what you need or don’t need, which makes the whole experience much easier.

Overall, I’ve had a great experience with Buymie and would definitely recommend their service. The only important thing is to make sure there are no issues with the order or delivery, as that can affect the experience. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic and very convenient service!

Buymie is starting to verge onto a scam for me. Repeatedly when I order from Dunnes Stores the shopper doesn't get something (even if I have selected yes to substitutes) which pushed my order below the threshold to used my shop and save vouchers (spend €50 get €10 off), and ends up costing me more money. I have had some good experience but too many bad experiences ever using the service again.

Buymie is very convenient when u need some groceries in a hurry. Just had a new baby so the ease BuyMie gives me when I have a house to run but no time to go out for shopping is priceless.

Fantastic service. All items delivered promptly and all in perfect condition with a very friendly personal shopper. Normally I would shop myself but I didn’t have the car so used this service. I will be using it a lot more from now on. It frees up my time to other things. Give it a go you won’t regret it

The shopper said he made 'some mistakes' and he seemed new or something.
1. 180 is still held on my my card...
2. 3 items didnt turn up...
3. Maths on receipt add up to about 173 but domt make sense
4. Yet they are looking to take 4 euros more soon

So the shopper verbally told me to get my balance back from customer service. Customer service haven't answered my messages whatsoever...

Shopper told me he spent 155.48

Update...Buymie first tried to take 3.98 from my account this morning. I made sure they couldn't. Then a member of CS refunded 32 euros which is a fair outcome. However I've added back 2 stars for promptness and resolution

But this shouldnt happen in the first place. If I'd have said nothing they'd have kept the balance due to the 'system error"

I would highly recommend Buymie! Customer service is outstanding if you have any questions or issue with an order they will contact you within 5mins! Very handy app to have if you’ve no time to shop

They deceive customers by removing items from their product lists so that you can't use your vouchers. There's no way to contact them, only email.

As always with Buymie if I need help with an order or just to ask for advice , they get back to me immediately and resolve my problem.
In my opinion if alot more customer service platforms took a leaf out of Buymies book things would operate better. Thankyou Buymie!

Good service overall and very convenient for same-day grocery delivery.

Customer support was helpful and responsive when I had a query. One issue I experienced was that the email receipt totals didn’t match the final amount charged, which was confusing, but this was clarified by support.

Hopefully this can be improved so the receipt totals always match the final charge.

Would be good to have some features like Uber Eats
1. Able to GPS track live position of driver
2. Able to see in real time substitutions for missing food products
3. Able to select different options for food if not available, as some shoppers don’t call.
4. Able to select ‘leave at door’ option instead of meeting driver
