I wasn't aware of the terms and conditions when I was making my purchase. So I promptly cancelled. I am hopeful to get a full refund and cancellation will be quick and effective.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS WEB SITE: THEY ARE 100% SCAMMERS.

A month ago I purchased a moka and FIRST they say I didn’t place the order, but THEY issue the invoice for my moka: so the invoice appears magically???

After I sent the invoice as a proof of my purchase they said I purchased a digital gift card hahahah I purchased a Ibili moka “evva” in red (not in blue) SO I know what I paid for…

THEN they start talking about “it appears there may have been a misunderstanding regarding your order” + my frustration blablabla ecc

In my opinion they try to sell online items that they don’t even exist.

They don’t even suggest a refund…
I HAVE TO SUGGEST FOR a refund.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!
I hope they are going to spend my money X 1.000€ in medicines…
I wait for Karma.

Previous times I was nice and I deleted the 2 Negative Feedbacks I made, but this feedback is going to stay forever on TrustPilot: Why do I have to be nice with scammers who loves to talk about “transparency, security and ethical practices” as well as they do fraudulent activities?!

So, the issue is that I didn’t place an order for this. I was specifically paying $9.99 for shipping for an item and then four charges showed up on my card for this things I DID NOT ORDER!!!
One of them was your charge.
Very pissed that I have had to waste my time trying to get this rectified. The way it happened was very underhanded and dishonest.

hope this rating is going to be good if I et my refund in the amount stated in previous email. Total,should be $50.95

After some worries it has been resolved. My monies are going to be refunded so I have been told.

Although I am still waiting for my refund but the team has been very helpful and their level of communication is perfect.

This is fraud, scam, they don't resolve anything they will try multiple times to take your money from your CC so please don't purchase anything with them.

This has been escalated yet no solution, no reimbursement made no nothing.

Update 08/04/2026 They are requesting me to delete my rate and comment and then they will process refund, people this is unacceptable, I will not be part of this fraud for more people, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING WITH THEM, DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!

BEWARE, this is absolute scam, it subscribed me under the pretense of another website Rituals & manage to deduct the payment twice.

They made 2 unauthorized transactions from my credit card as some substribtion (I DIDN ‘ T MADE!!!)

Total scam….. website should be taken down
