Sales staff well versed regarding various product options, courteous & very helpful. Orders were sent out quickly, the one sent by Purolater arrived on time, however the one sent Canada Post ended up being returned. BPH contacted me & the order was resent, this time with Purolater & arrived the following day. Well done BPH & Purolater. Not so much Canada Post.

Feeling a bit taken advantage of.
Paid an extra $1000 for a sealed combustion unit over the standard unit. Ends up it’s just the standard unit with just a $200 sealed combustion kit included. Paid $80 for a basic heat only thermostat, then was charged an additional $20 to ship the thermostat when they simply put it in the unit heater crate that I already paid $95 to ship. It’s a few ounces. Seriously a little shady if you ask me.

We are sorry to see your 2 star review, but we can address this! Yes you are absolutely correct you should not have paid the shipping for the controller. We have a workaround in place on our system to ensure that when a control is purchased with an operating unit, the shipping is discounted so that there is only the one fee. I see that the control was added after the original purchase of the unit was completed and I believe that when the order was edited after it was processed our system missed adding the discount for the combined purchase. Our sincerest apologies for not catching this on our end and are happy to make that right. I will email you regarding the shipping refund. The sealed combustion unit issue, unfortunately that is not our call as we do not manufacture these units.

As was communicated previously, the factory encountered manufacturing delays with this custom solution. We had offered the 100% refund, which we understand does not resolve the multi-week delay, but do want to re-iterate that we did have regular and timely communication throughout the entire process.
