Bluetti 300 elite …
As the price for the bluetti 300 elite seemed a bit rich for my blood... it had the feature I needed to succeed in my rv travel. I wish I would have gotten the solar panel as well and or maybe the charger, I am however very pleased with the product.
New Elite 300 issues..being handled by cs
Product arrived well packaged. Followed instructions for first charge, followed by first power draw capacity and functionality test using new ICECO fridge. That went well except no power input output readings and failure to perform new firmware updates. Customer service has been working with me to resolve issues and is replacing my new Elite 300 with another new unit. Stay tuned.
AC50B and Elite300
Ive had the AC50B for well over a year. And it lead me to buy one of the Elite 300's when they came out. I have not been disappointed. i use them for my laser engraver and air purification system as well as a hat press for patches. The 50B does great for my lap top and devices. and the 300 handles the work load. Never had any issues with them at all. I will stick with Bluetti for my power needs in the future.
AC70
Order an AC70, and it arrived damaged. I contacted the seller about it, and they just refused refund and then ignored me. Terrible customer service overall.

Happily satisfied with our purchases
We are always satisfied with our purchases of Bluetti products because of the high quality materials combined with the best technology available, the company support, ease of navigation thru the entire purchase/set up process, overall trustworthiness & integrity we have consistently experienced making multiple purchases over several years. Have nothing but high recommendations to anyone looking to purchase Bluetti products.

i have cool delta 3 ultra plus and bought bluetti elite because of same amount of power in a third of size
A company that understands great customer service and has great products!
Bluetti is currently delivering some of the best support available in the portable PowerStation market (and across all industries to be honest). I have dealt with at least 3 companies in this space, and Bluetti is superior to the support I have received from other vendors by far. Bluetti "walks the walk" in terms of doing what is necessary to deliver great customer service. Keep up the great work Bluetti !
Great products Ive loved Bluetti for years!
Great products Ive loved Bluetti for about 5 years now and loved the AC200max, B230 AC300 and B300 then AC500 and B300S and two 550V transformers and now the Apex300 and up to 15 B500k for renewed interest and projects. The B500k is my new best battery alternative with the Apex300 and Solarx 4k and Hub A1. Great company and a privilege to consult as TME about 4 yeara ago.
Elite 300 - compact 3K Wh system
I initially purchased an 1.1kWh AC180 with 200W solar panel for emergency backup of home fridge under the common experience of losing power a few times annually for 4-6 hours. Naturally I ended up in a 2.5-day outage and the AC180 system proved too small for that, so I recently added an Elite 300 since it has over 3kWh and should be capable to handle a multiday outage if sun is available and solar panel is used. Overall I am very pleased with both AC180 and Elite 300 batteries.
I like the Elite 400 and solar 350w
I like the Elite 400 and solar 350w. It has been working well. I also know that I can call customer service and get a quick response. I like the fact extension cable it gives me more ability to have the Bluetti in my house for the use of solar panel, keeping both the Elite 400 and solar panel safe.
My Real-World BLUETTI AC200L + B300K +…
My Real-World BLUETTI AC200L + B300K + Charger 2 Experience
The BLUETTI AC200L, B300K, and Charger 2 have become a great setup for my everyday life—not just for camping or emergencies, but for traveling and even doing food deliveries.
When I take trips, I can use the system to power the things I normally need in my car without constantly worrying about finding an outlet. Whether I’m keeping food and drinks cold, charging phones and electronics, or running other equipment, having portable power with me gives me a lot more freedom.
What really makes this setup useful is the combination of the AC200L with the additional B300K battery. The extra capacity gives me more energy to work with when I’m away from home for longer periods. The Charger 2 is another big advantage because I can recharge while I’m on the road, making the system much more practical for extended trips.
I also use the system during food deliveries. Having reliable portable power in the vehicle helps me keep everything I need running while I’m out working. It’s one of those setups that I find myself using for more than I originally expected.
For me, the biggest benefit is versatility. The BLUETTI system isn’t sitting in my garage waiting for an emergency—it gets used in the real world. Trips, camping, daily driving, and food deliveries are all opportunities to put it to work.
That’s what makes me confident recommending the AC200L, B300K, and Charger 2: they provide portable power when and where I actually need it.
Extremely well built
Extremely well built . Operates great. Fast recharging by alternator, solar panels or external storage battery.
We live in Florida and have lost power…
We live in Florida and have lost power for five days during hurricanes and local power lines outages from trees.
We have a generator for emergency power but hard to sleep with generator running 24/7.
We wanted power stations (PS) that can keep our refrigerator and freezer running during the night and for short term power outages.
In the last two months we lost power for between 5-11 hours three times.
It was more convenient to hook up PS than start our generator to keep our refrigerator and freezer running during the outages.
After buying PS tested them for running our appliances.
Our Bluetti AC200LP and Apex 300 can maintain power for our refrigerator/freezer/lights for around 12-16 hours.
Like the ability to control and monitor PS with iPhone app.
We have not needed to contact Bluetti for support.
We were able to purchase both PS at a reduced price.
Appreciate the life span of the PS and ability to charge the PS quickly.
Bought the Bluetti 2 dolly which holds the Apex 300 secure while moving in the house.
Well designed and produced PS.
Quality Control-Poor
I've had bad issues with the touchscreen on the Bluetti AC200max. I know it has been plagued with all sorts of issues. I've sent it more than 2 times to their repair center. I will be petitioning the AC200max recalled threw several federal and state agencies. Disappointed with customer service.
Defective Apex 300, Misleading Pre-Sales Advice, Minimal ineffective support
I spent considerable time consulting directly with BLUETTI pre-sales representatives prior to placing my order (Order BLUETTI-US222805). I gave them exact, detailed specifications regarding my RV setup—specifically emphasizing that I run a residential refrigerator, which is my primary power draw while boondocking. My explicit goal was to build a system that would allow me to dry-camp off-grid without having to run my generator constantly or drain my house batteries.
BLUETTI’s pre-sales team assured me that their recommended configuration—an Apex 300, a B300K expansion battery, and two 350W solar arrays—would easily handle these demands. Relying entirely on their expert recommendations, I made a major financial investment in their brand.
My experience using this equipment off-grid has been an absolute failure due to misrepresentation, hardware defects, and abysmal customer support:
Severe Underperformance vs. Pre-Sales Claims: Even in peak summer conditions with 10 to 12 hours of direct daily sunlight in British Columbia, this system cannot even charge the batteries to 100%. The real-world total solar output from these panels tops out at a fraction of their rated capacity and nowhere near what BLUETTI promised. It cannot keep up with a residential refrigerator load, forcing me to rely on my generator daily.
Defective MPPT Hardware on the Apex 300: Through systematic port-isolation testing, I proved that one of the solar input ports on the Apex 300 is defective. When testing each 350W solar array individually:
Array #1 yields ~130W–140W on Port B, but drops to ~80W on Port A.
Array #2 yields ~130W–140W on Port B, but drops to ~80W on Port A.
Both solar arrays perform identically on the same port, proving the hardware bottleneck is inside the Apex 300 power station's charge controller, not the panels.
Refusal to Provide Warranty Support While Traveling: Despite empirical proof of a defective input port on the main unit, BLUETTI support (Ticket #610804) refuses to offer a meaningful resolution. Because I purchased the unit in the U.S. and am currently traveling in Canada, they are insisting on sending a single replacement solar panel (which my tests already proved won't fix a defective power station port) and telling me I must wait months until I return to the U.S. for any real warranty help.
BLUETTI sold me an undersized, defective setup based on flawed pre-sales advice and is leaving me stranded off-grid. I am being forced to burn expensive gas in my generator for hours every single day just to keep my food cold, completely defeating the purpose of buying a $3,500+ solar system.
If you are an RVer or boondocker looking for a reliable off-grid system and a company that stands behind its pre-sales promises and warranties, look elsewhere. BLUETTI has shown zero accountability, zero urgency, and zero empathy for the significant costs their defective product is causing
