Avoid at all cost
Bought a cable from them on sale 3 months ago still waiting for it to be shipped, was told when complained it would be here a month ago, seems like once they have you as a customer they don't care. Wish I'd never bought into their ecosystem
Bluetti power stations
I have 4 Bluetti's at the moment, a AC180, Elite 100v2, EB3A and a Elite 10. I used them around my home and garden. Since getting them my electric bill has gone down more then half. I would highly recommend them,
AC180 & Charge 1 make Van Life easy
I have the AC180 and the Charge 1 and have had nothing but excellent experiences with both. The charger enables us to charge the AC180 from the van at 512v, also we use the AC180 to power our fridge while traveling as our 12v supply to the fridge is broken, the charger powers while charging so whenever we get somewhere the fridge has been kept working and the AC180 is 100% charged. The AC180 also powers various things when off grid. 2 great pieces of kit which are invaluable for van life. and would recommend them to anybody. The Charger was easy to install by myself. I would give both 5 stars
Great service
I had a problem with one of their products. They sent a replacement straight away. Can’t ask for better than that. I’m sure it was just a random failure and they fixed it. Perfect
AC200L Failed again .
On our 3 week vacation to Europe my bluetti ac200l has yet again become faulty displays shows 100% for a minute then 0% try to charge via AC will charge for a few minutes the display shows large increments of charge 5 minutes later showsn100% ,plug in an appliance unit runs for a few moments then shows 0% and shuts off, cannot perform a reset as cannot get unit to stay on to fully discharge ,so totally unaware of state of charge ,not good as it's in our first few days of our holiday and rely on our bluetti for off grid power ,will now have to look to replace this unit at a large excess to ourselves ,will possibly look to a different brand now .
Excellent Customer Service
Excellent Customer Service - I have purchased a number of the Bluetti Power Stations, from small all the way up to their largest setup. The small power stations are very reliable. I have reported out to support some questions and they always went the extra mile to make sure I am happy. The official Facebook UK Club has a great community that you can learn and ask questions. Overall, I am very happy and highly recommend these products and aftersales support.
Customer Service Uk/ Bluetti Uk Club Facebook group
The Uk customer service was outstanding for a company that works out of China. Between there Uk Facebook group moderators (Bluetti Uk Club) and the Bluetti Support Team my faulty 2 year old AC180 was collected on the 12th July, inspected by the tech team and a brand new one was delivered to me 6 days later due to the issue being unrepairable. I don't think you will get better service than that.
Happy repeat customer
I'm a happy repeat customer of Bluetti .
I like the reliability of their products, the fast delivery (about 3 days) by reputable couriers, the multiple avenues for helpful customer service and support.
Bluetti products come with long warranties, typically 5 years for the latest products which is nicely reassuring.
I have Bluetti batteries which are several years old and still working exactly as they should.
I have tried other battery companies, but Bluetti is the one I recommended most.
the customer service is friendly
the customer service is friendly, polite and understanding, to help were they can, to get any questions sorted and help with your Bluetti .
Lack of satisfaction but plenty of lies
Ordered 2 blind box specials that was supposed to be new randomly picked- up to $699 value. 13 days later received them. Went to add to my bluetti app. One of the units was already installed to someone else's app apparently a returned\ defective unit that was shipped as new to myself.
The unit would not even turn on.
Maxoak is unreachable except by chat line even though the chat line is not online. I called bluetti and ivan seemed concerned and asked to call me back in 10 minutes after contacting maxoak. He never called so I recalled him an hour later and he said he could not make contact with maxoak.
Went through this scenario a couple of times and ivan stopped answering his phone.
Tried to get a rma but could not get anyone to reply.
After finaly being convinced I was not able to get satisfaction from maxoak\bluetti I filed with my credit card and received a refund there.
have been testing power station…
have been testing power station including bluetti, jackery, fossibot, ecoflow and Vtoman
Bluetti seem to be the only company who don't engage well with customers non of the marketing departments phone numbers work and the support line won't give out a phone number poor poor service
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service . I have never had such great service from.any company . Item was purchased via Amazon .
BEWARE !!
I ordered 2 items from the Maxoak web site, and they only shipped one of them, although they charged me for both.
I have not received any response to my attempts to contact them !
Ordered AC200P
Ordered AC200P, but the screen says it's an AC200. Write back to question why item received is different than what I ordered. They email back "the AC200 in the screen is our system setting error, actually it's AC200P." Try to charge, will not charge properly. I exhaust every way possible. As I take a closer look, this Bluetti has tiny scuffs and scratches all over the underside and sides. I did not receive a NEW ITEM, BUT A RETURNED ITEM! Then, I email for an RMA label. Takes too long, I file a charge dispute with CC Company. 5 days later they finally email RMA label. They receive and sign for item 4 days later, but they're telling my CC Company they never got a return. I've emailed them twice about the situation, showing them FedEx "Proof of Delivery", but they have so far been unresponsive. My CC Company will not accept FedEx "Proof of Delivery." In essence they're ripping me off for $1200!
EDIT: 3/28/24...After getting Bluetti involved, they reached out to Maxoak and a few more weeks of back and forth, and nearly 6 months chasing a refund, I finally got my $$$ back! Will never do business with them again.
Has anyone purchased a 200 max and will…
Has anyone purchased a 200 max and will not charge using solar panels and got a fix?
I talked to technical support but we go over the same supposed solutions with no results.
Trying to get refund but NO satisfaction.
Tried calling but phone are bogus.
Thanks
BLUETTI worries about money, not service
This is a BLUETTI power stations manufacturer with awful client service. Company get orders even when they do not have available inventory.
I’ve placed my order SPF-EU-26912 and waited for more than 1 month without any notifications regarding delays in delivery. On their website shipment dates are completely different.
But that’s not the end. I requested refund when I had no more time and desire to wait. They promised to process refund in 3 business days. In case the refund is not received, they asked to report them. I didn’t receive my refund, so I reported it to Bluetti and I even send my bank details to speed up the refund. Currently, I’m somewhere in the middle of waiting any feedback.
This can’t be called a client service at all.
Pure disappointment
Hope it's not a scan but just an awful complany. Did an order for over 2000 euro a month ago and have heard nothing since then. Order not shipped, not fullfiled, support do not respond. I can buy another replacement since the money was not refunded. Promised delivery was 7-10 day to Germany
BUYER BEWARE!
BUYER BEWARE!! Not a reputable company. 30 day hassle free warranty is an outright lie!!
I lost my $400, just letting everyone know to stay clear of the product and company.
I tried the charger one night for CPAP machine and didn’t even make it through the night.
Tried to return the next day and all you get is the run around. When I finally returned it at my cost $106, they told me weeks later the charging and solar chords were missing, which was a total lie! That would cost another $150!! Now we’re up $256 from $400 for a no hassle return.
Just stating the facts. If you don’t want to lose $400, look elsewhere for a battery charger.
I unfortunately only read the reviews after the fact. Was shocked that this company is still able to sell on line.
Tried to order a power generator from…
Tried to order a power generator from their website using Paypal. The order process failed to complete advising me to try a different funding method.
I then tried to order a second time using a method other than paypal, but that resulted in me being directed to use Paypal again! Guess what... that failed too.
I then checked my credit card which I used to fund Paypal to find two successful authorisations (so Paypal was happy with the transaction, but I was told the vendor (Maxoak) must have immediately reversed the transaction twice!
I then received 3 emails from Maxoak/Bluetti saying my item was still in my basket giving me the option to checkout! I've steered clear of trying again. I then emailed them and have received no follow up whatsoever.
Having read reviews here, I feel I have 'dodged a bullet' as I doubt I would have received any customer service even if I'd been able to complete my purchase.
Update: I received a reply to my email suggesting I should try to pay again hy paypal as my experience was probably a system glitch. I decided not to bother, but at least kudos for them replying to my email. Revising to 2*
Buyer beware, disappointing experience.
Products are not sold with usable accessories, you will need to pay more to get the correct cables to connect the bluetti products.
Also, the advertised specifications of their products does not match the real world experience.
For products that are trying to be premium they fall short of the mark and left me feeling very disappointed.
