Been a customer for 2 years now and all K can is that bingebear is a very very good service, most bad reviews are probably fake I have the service for myself friends and family and have absolutely no issue recommending them even more to anyone that needs a similar service! Issues happen sometimes and thats totally fine because of the nature of the service you just cant expect a faultless tv service and the fact that Joe always solves all our account issues without any delay and in the most kind and helpful way… Most bad reviews here are probably not familiar with tv services

Do not, and i mean do not go near this service. Joe is a scammer, cant fix anything, and when he is called out on it he disconnects you from the service.
Please stay well away, channels constantly buffer, or wont liad, no back up service, waiting a whole weekend to be fixed and nothing.

For any customer who stays civil, we bend over backwards: buffering fixed, free backup lines and server placements, refunds for real customers, no bother. We asked you, more than once, to keep it civil so we could actually sort your issue. The replies that came back were some of the worst things you can say to a person. So yes, we banned you for good, and we would happily do it again. Sleeping fine, thanks. That is well worth a bad review. We will take that trade any day.

I could give you hundred of WhatsApp screenshots where I was asking for support and I could clearly see your colleagues read all messages, i had a couple of responses where the fix was done quite fast but this was 5 out of many,many requests. I could also provide many more screenshots that your colleagues said they will contact your IT department to support my request and never came back. You constantly changed my account, channels that I couldn't watch anything, but look....what can I expect for that money. I should know from the start. We constantly learning from mistakes. You have many of good feedbacks because you asking your clients for a feedback after couple of weeks where your service is still good enough but it's changing straight after. I'm just trying to warn others to not do the same mistake. I already had an account with your service over an year ago where I paid for a full year and after 8 months you stopped providing your service saying you have new great servers and if I want to watch it I have to pay new subscription....scam .
If i could give zero stars I would. Glitches all the time, especially weekend where you want to watch tv .When you ask for a trial they will give you server with no issues. When you pay and get your server then its ok for a couple of days,after some time channels stop working .When you ask for a support you waiting for a couple of days before anyone will try to help you with none working channels.
Don't buy it from bingbeare.
