I recently ordered room dividers from…

I recently ordered room dividers from Bimago and was very impressed by the beautiful designs on their website. The products look stylish and unique, and I am really looking forward to receiving my order.

I contacted customer service to ask about the delivery time. Although I initially had some difficulty reaching them by phone, I later received a helpful response via email with a clear update.

Overall, I have a positive impression of the company and their service, and I am excited to receive the room dividers soon.

No response time for customer services

I have emailed them as I have damaged a piece of my wall mural. They have an auto response but it doesn’t tell you how long till they get back to you. Leaves me in limbo which I don’t like. I’ve even tried phoning them in the hours they say they are open and the line constantly tells me they are closed. I only want to order some replacement pieces 😩

Company are scammers who do not respond…

Company are scammers who do not respond to emails upon issues with the order. Item arrived blurry damaged and also with an excess £45 ups payment which the company guaranteed me orders below £135 will not come with an excess fee. Stay away from this company. They even responded to another email address after ignoring my request for weeks through the email I placed the order. Very disturbing scamming service

Absolutely fantastic

Absolutely fantastic wall mural from Bimago and transformed my living space. Came with easy instructions, varnish, roller with tray and are of up most quality and is remarkable. I waited a week for it but worth well the wait simply geourgous.

Serious company. Five stars from me.
Just talk with the schenker. I received the message to choose delivery att pickup point but they left it in front of the house. Dangerous to leave it just like that. Otherwise very beautiful product.

Easy to order but when it arrived…

Easy to order but when it arrived wasn’t keen on the print ! It seemed the pixels weren’t sharp enough seemed picture had been over blown up so picture blurred or fuzzy . Hopefully I can return it

this is the worst website ever .how on earth can I order a product and if it didn't reach my expectations on return they say they don't offer return labels yet they say return is available for 30 days but when I contacted them to send me a return label only to be told they don't offer them.this is so wierd and annoying. they said I return it on my own expense which is half the the price of what I want to return.u guys I couldn't believe it was a scam .haven't seen this since I started ordering products online.so heartbreaking.

POOR PAPER POOR SERVICE.

POOR PAPER POOR SERVICE.

Paid extra for premium paper £138 in total for my husband (a decorator for 23 years) to then hang the first piece and see an imperfection, he unrolled the next and the next to see more imperfections which looks like a printing issue. I rang customer service who told me take photos and email in, which I did. I then got an email back telling me this was an installation issue and they refuse to replace the paper or refund it!!! How can this be installation issue if only one piece has been put up and by a professional. Just another way of them to take your money and not take responsibility! Please don't fall victim to this like I did buy from a different place

Inferior quality product (self-adhesive…

Inferior quality product (self-adhesive wallpaper) and unprofessional customer support. Recently, bought self-adhesive wallpaper, the wallpaper keep coming out of the wall after a day or two and build large amount of air bubbles.and then a piece of 8 pieces came down completely. I reported back to them seeking some solution and if I can get damaged piece or do I need replace the whole wallpaper, but they very rudely blame on the wall quality, the can't make a refund (without me asking for it even) and reproducing the damaged one is not possible, so in short needs to be replaced completely. The audacity on top of that is that they offered me some discount for the same product, the quality and for my same faulty wall :). Surprising....

Sadly low quality and doesn't meet…

Sadly low quality and doesn't meet expectations.
The paint has some marks and when I contacted the support , thier answer was, because I ordered high quality picture , which is very wired.
You can get much better quality whith such p to price.

Since you have ordered Premium Print it means that an artist applies a gel on your painting to create a texture that makes your painting resemble a hand painted piece. The marks you are referring to is the structural texture from the brushes of the paint applied.

We pride ourselves in our world class customer service and if you have not satisfied with you order you are always more than welcome to contact us if you would like to return your painting. You always have 30 day return period. :-)

Bad packaging - arrived broken 3 times

Their website is easy to use and they have nice posters. But the packaging is really bad. We had to order 3 times the same frame because the packaging was poor and it arrived always broken.
