bought a bike last year in 2023

I bought a bike last year in 2023, all good so far, the company was operational.

in 2024, from their website I order some accessories, I received the invocoice, payed and everything. still haven't receive my products, and also no communication from them.

I tried to call the company many time, their line is not working anymore, I tried a the customer support platform they were offering in the first place, no reply, I email customer service many times. radio silence.

It looks like the company shut down their operation in ireland.
