I ordered a Bitbox 02 Nova Bitcoin only…
I ordered a Bitbox 02 Nova Bitcoin only to be the primary key for my multisig wallet. The customer service team were excellent. I had asked if they could deliver to a UPS Access Point in the country where I am instead of a home address, and they said no problem. They double checked all information. They also contacted me the moment I had signed for the box at UPS, and asked me to confirm the package had not been tampered with.
The product works perfectly. It recognises the multisig wallet setup and it is perfect for visually double checking receive addresses generated in Sparrow (my Trezor Safe 5 doesn't display this information so the Bitbox is my primary key now for all transactions!). Very happy customer. I recommend. If you only hold Bitcoin, you should choose the Bitcoin only device.

Unfortunately my parcel has been lost by UPS, BitBox service reacted immediately, launch the investigation with UPS and re-send the order in the meantime. The second one arrived prompty, without dammage. Amazing. You can order there blindly.

Great hardware wallet with an excellent user experience. The native signing functionality works flawlessly and makes transactions feel very secure and convenient. A big advantage is that, thanks to the signature feature, there is no annoying Satoshi test required for wallet verification when communicating with exchanges like Boerse Stuttgart Digital Exchange. What really stands out is the super fast and helpful support team — every question was answered within minutes. Highly recommended!
