You place an order on line and if size…

You place an order on line and if size does not fit you they won’t offer straight exchange.
You would need to return the item and then place a new order. This way you pay twice P&P

You write to them in English from outside France and they reply to you in French

Their stores in Spain looks simply awful and cheap. With stuff hardly there to help

Don’t bother.. just buy from Amazon and get decent customer service as a consumers should receive instead of this crap
