Extremely poor customer support – 15 days, no tracking, no response to emails,

I placed an order on Benks.com 15 days ago for the [Grand Combo] ArmorGrid Air Obsidian Black Case built with Kevlar® for Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 (Order #[86112501]). The payment was deducted immediately.

​However, after two full weeks, I still have not received any shipping confirmation or tracking number. I reached out via email twice to request an update, but customer support has completely ignored my messages.

​Taking payment and then going completely silent without dispatching the order is unacceptable. Either ship my order with valid tracking immediately or issue a full refund. Very disappointing experience.

Benks delivers absolutely horrendous service to customers. They are involved in false advertising on their website. I ordered a Benks case for my Galaxy Z Fold 7: more than a week after the order, I had not gotten any updates, nor was the product delivered. When I contacted customer service, I was then informed that the order was in stock and I would get my order when the order became available. That was absolutely not stated on the website when I was making the purchase, because if that was the case, I would have gone for other alternatives. Now they are making me wait for an order that I don't know when it will be coming in or if it will be coming in at all. Most of the time, you get absolute silence from their customer service, and when they respond at all, it's fairly rude. I Wish I could give zero stars.

Very disappointing experience with Benks. I bought the ArmorAir case, but the fit is noticeably too loose, especially around the camera area. For a premium-priced case, I expected much better quality and a secure fit.

I contacted Benks Support about the issue and have now been waiting 2 weeks without any response.

The product itself has potential, but the customer service is unacceptable.

I do not recommend this company.

After 7 months of purchase, the case for the iPhone 17 started to peel off. After a discussion with them, they said that this was not covered by the warranty and that it was normal.

This is the most dangerously deceptive lazy company that takes forever to read their emails and wants to charge you for things that are fully their own responsibility. They know flat out when they made a mistake yet they refuse to make good on it.

Company refuses to offer a return authorization despite repeated requests.

I have been using Benks products and accessories for my iPhone 17 Pro Max, and the quality has been excellent from day one. The materials feel premium, the design is clean, and the accessories provide great protection without compromising style or usability.

After more than six months of use, I had an issue with one accessory. What really impressed me was the response from the quality department. Excellent case for my Z Fold 7 and excellent support and service from the Benks team. I had a small issue which they responded to quickly and resolved.

Z Fold 7 Benks case review

I’ve had my Z Fold 7 since release and bought a cheaper Aramid Fibre case from Ali express. It was a good case for £40 but since ordering and installing this case from Benks I can see and feel a world of difference.

I’ve been an early adopter of the Z fold since the fold 3 and I have been through around 40 cases and I can comfortably say this is the best case I have ever owned and genuinely makes my phone feel complete and premium. The case fits perfectly and the adhesive works does an excellent job. My Z fold 7 is black and has always been underwhelming to look at but now it really catches the eye showing complete class which isn’t something phones usually do.

The protection seems excellent and gives me the extra grip with the rounded hinge protector feeling great in hand. The screen protector has been the easiest and cleanest install I have ever managed and I hope to never drop it but if I did I would feel confident in the protection. I have no doubt a silicone case with rounded bumpers would do a better job in a drop test but I wanted to retain the slim profile and this does exactly that.

I have the “pop socket” to go on the back which is well made but the magnets on both do not perform as well in strength as my previous case but I don’t think that is a bad thing so when I remove it from the magnetic car mount there is less resistance which actually works in it’s favour.

A great investment and I can’t see myself using any other case

Absent-minded and neglectful customer support staff. Inquired about an shipping address change minutes after my order. They created the label then responded to my inquiry saying that it was too late. It is Benks fault for not taking responsibility for this. They literally have a contact me section where they teach you how to cancel orders or do address changes. I was not able to do either even though I requested it promptly. Not cool. Will have to file a dispute with my credit card.

Delivery is very slow but that is understandable as it was sent from China. The case fits quite nice and light. Unfortunately, my screen protector has an air bubble on the lower right edge of the screen. No matter how I try to get rid of it, it will appear again the next day. Very annoying and expensive for what it is.

Banks has the best mobile phone covers for Apple iPhone models, Samsung Galaxy models and Google Pixel models.

I highly recommend purchasing Benks phone cases over any other brand.

I am using Benks cases for quiet sometime now and they are very high quality cases.

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. The case is nearly impossible to remove — you'll struggle with it every time, and it scratched my phone in the process. When I tried to return it, the requirements were unreasonable, and to top it off, I had to pay for return shipping myself. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this product entirely.

The case itself is a awsomendesign and a great fit. But i ave some issues.
1)Tempered glass screen there isnt any spare. So first one on the corner isnt sticking down, due to my placement and removing replacing. Wish it was in a prooer placement holder like spiegen or tocol do. For the price it would add a star.
2) mag save with my magsafe stang is great but with my wireless charger its weakes out of my three cases and not sure if id trust it on my car magsafe.
3) wish front screen sides had cutout for fingerprint scanner.
Dont get me wrong i have spare tocol screen temoered glass that would fit misus black border. So issue one not bad. No cutout on both cas3 sides just meant pressing harder with a little placement thought. Only the iscbleade case does it perfectly with no thought fingerprint needed. Leaving a feeling of wow everyphone should do fingerprint in power button. You dont quite feel that way wi5h benks armor air.
On a positive not the actual case is exelent its super thin, gripy and fits near perfect. I just cant give it 5 stars cause of those issues but highly recomend it it its thin you need. Defo room for improvment but great try.

The product is defective. The phone moved in the case. They asked for proof and admitted that it was defective. They wanted to give me a 30% coupon. The customer service is bad. Buy PITAKA brand.

Fits well, not easily scratchable. Delivery was slow and tracking was unclear

I bought an ArmorAir case from BENKS and was very disappointed after 1 day of use.

I followed its specific instructions to slide the phone from the volume buttons side into the case. Regardless, the top left corner was very tight, and started peeling after the installation.

So without even using the phone with the case, its poor quality showed. Its thin design and material can’t even handle installation of the phone.

I contacted BENKS customer service, only to be told no exchange or refund. The case was sent in a “good” condition and the peeling occurred after delivery.

If you want a produce that you can trust and a company that is honest and backs its products, BENKs isn’t it. Look for other minimalistic cases if you’re into this style of cases.

Great quality of the case for the Fold 7. Highly recommend. Excellent work of support team for any issues. Fast replacement.
