Our warehouse team begins processing orders earlier than our Customer Care team, and by the time we were able to contact them on the next business day, your order had already been fulfilled and could no longer be canceled or modified.

Unfortunately the hair I received looks completely different than the one I ordered. It almost looks green in parts. The hair feels like good quality tho. I ordered clip ins years ago from you guys and loved them. Came with so many pieces and really nice clips. I was really bummed 🫤 about my order.

I love Bellami hair, best extensions on the market. I remember when they did a collaboration with Kylie Jenner that’s when I first was introduced to Bellami and since then I’ve stuck with them. The quality is great and they are made to last as long as you treat them right! Go Bellami!

Leslie was amazing!!
Leslie was amazing at helping me find my perfect hair color match! She suggested a color but when I received it the tone was more red than my actual hair color so I messaged her asking for a more cool toned color and she helped me get the perfect match! Not only did she help me return the original color she expedited the new clip ins so I could get them in time for my wedding! 10/10 customer service!
