Delivery time is stated as 6–10 days.

I found a set of standard tyres (of which they had 12 in stock) and figured that delivery would likely be completed in close to six days. I WAS WRONG.

I placed and paid for my order on the morning of 23 September.

SIX days later, I received an email saying that my order was about to be processed (!).

Three days after that (2 October), I emailed them, expressing my concern about the lack of service and progress. I asked when I could reasonably expect delivery under the circumstances. My email was never answered.

TWELVE days after placing the order, I received an email stating that my tyres were ready to be shipped. However, tracking information was unavailable for another 10 (!) days.

TWENTY-ONE days after placing the order, I received a text message saying that my tyres would be delivered the following day.

TWENTY-TWO days after placing the order, they were finally delivered (15 October).

FAR FROM THE PROMISED 6–10 DAYS.

They said 7-9 days delivery, I had my tyres on day 7.

Two weeks ago we order Dubdäck tires for our Car. Last week the e-mail Said in couple of Days we sent you the tires. Today thry Said hopefull we sent you the tires next week. We need the tires we don't trust them. And now we ask our money back and no awnser.

I ordered 4 tires and paid via Klarna. The next day, I canceled the order because I realized I had selected the wrong size. Although the order was canceled, a month has passed—and I have sent multiple emails—yet the payment has not been reversed, and they are not responding to any of my emails.

I expected faster delivery but it took over 20 days!

I ordered 8 truck tire this company. They were delivered by DSV courier on a single pallet. The price are good and their support team responds quickly.

It was a great experience loved the tires.

Ordered Comforser allterrain tires 285/70/17, tires were not round, tried to balance them many times, BEIZ did not answer to phone or email about warranty.

Poor communication. Short delivery times are promised, but when you ask about the status of your order more than a week later, that’s when they finally start taking action. Otherwise, it’s good.

The rear tire had a different profile than the front tire, which wasn't apparent from the photos. Fast delivery!

Ordered 4 wheels, 2 arrived damaged. After we contacted them to arrange return and cancellation of the order, they took a long time to respond, and now they aren't answering/providing us with any help/information about how to return the wheels. Very frustrating that the only point of contact is email, when they're not even responding to them.

Absolutely terrible experience with Beiz. I ordered 4 studded tires, and more than 3 months later, I have received only 2. I have tried contacting this company through every possible channel, but they completely ignore me. No response, no solution, no accountability.

I have paid for products that I still haven’t received, and Beiz apparently couldn’t care less. This is an unacceptable way to treat paying customers. A company that takes your money but refuses to respond when something goes wrong shows a complete lack of respect for its customers.

At this point, I feel like I’ve lost a significant amount of money. The worst part isn’t just the missing tires, but the complete lack of customer service and communication.

I strongly advise people to think twice before ordering from Beiz. Based on my experience, I would never order from them again. Absolutely disgraceful service.

The item at picture was different than I get. And I send message about it with pictures and reply was that the selling tires in website are different than the photo at website? If you want to change tires pay the sending you self. No good.
