The shop staff are great, they really have a personal interest and are very capable at helping you choose cloathing that you will actually enjoy wearing!

Furthermore Delft is a gem, stroll through town and visit the shop(s) is an afternoon well spent!

I was over in the Netherlands on holiday and visited Being There. I had four or five items I’d seen online that I wanted to try on and the gentleman serving me (the owner I presume) was amazingly helpful and patient as I tried on each item!

The shop is great, loads of choice for all the main brands, a real delight to spend time there.

I’d really recommend a visit, or at least look to purchase on line, as they are very knowledgable about the items and history of the brands and have a great passion for what they do.

Can’t wait to make another visit again soon!

I ordered a Stone Island jacket which I couldn't find anywhere else - delivered safely to the UK. Excellent communications from Guus and great customer service.

I ordered a Stone Island Jacket on the website which was on sale and paid via bank transfer.
The jacket needed to be posted to England. A helpful gentleman called Guus contacted me and said the DHL postage costs have increased a lot to 50 Euros or so because of Brexit.
He said it's probably best if I cancel and look for a better deal elsewhere.
I had the jacket anyway but they were prepared to lose a sale because of the high postage costs which is very good customer service.👍👍

I contacted Being There with their whatsapp 2 days ago but they didn't check and reply to me yet.
Additionally They don't ship to any Non EU country, don't provide Paypal or credit card payment service.
They only have the payment way of the bank transfer from EU buyers except Belgium, Germany.
They can sell good items but I think they don't want improve the online services.
if my information is not correct above, Being There can refute it any time.

I am writing this update 20 min after Being there replied to my posting.
You responded to me after 2 days and I asked you something again but you didnt reply to me.
If you can check my what's app, you can see a couple of messages sent 1 day ago.

The store has high quality goods and the service is at least as good. My questions regarding the item and the web order was answered the same day and I can highly recommend the place and will definitely shop there again.
