Wow. BetterSTR is unbelievable. We have been hosting for a year, and we just integrated it with our Hospitable account. We wish we started using it when we started hosting. The options this application offers are unmatched for the price, and the possibilities are limitless. We HIGHLY recommend BetterSTR.

Great tool, clean interface, well connected with my PMS

BetterSTR made creating a guide for my home easy. I can provide as many details as I want about our rental home from supplies to trouble shooting. Since my home sleeps 22, I love that all of the information can be shared with the whole group easily through this guide. It looks professional; is easy to share, and my renters have really appreciated having quick access to the information.

We use BetterSTR for our short-term rentals for digital guidebooks and SMS management. Guests love the digital guidebooks as they can view it from their own device and eliminates commonly asked questions. Automated SMS messages are also a plus for sending important information such as lock codes, directions, etc. BetterSTR can also connect to many property management systems effortlessly. Best of all, BetterSTR has a free version with many useful and customizable features. We highly recommend BetterSTR and hope they continue to offer a successful product.

**Excellent Value and Easy to Use**

I’ve been using BetterSTR for my short-term rental, primarily for the digital guidebook, Wi-Fi Capture Point, and TV Welcome Screen, and I’ve been very pleased with it.

The online interface is well designed and easy to navigate, and setting up the guidebook was straightforward. My guests have been making good use of the guidebook, which gives me an easy way to provide them with helpful information throughout their stay.

One of the biggest benefits for me has been the Wi-Fi Capture Point. I set it up with my UniFi Dream Machine, and the process was surprisingly easy. It has worked essentially flawlessly and has allowed me to capture guest email addresses when they connect to the Wi-Fi. Honestly, that feature alone makes BetterSTR worth the price for me.

I also use the TV Welcome Screen, which adds a nice professional touch to the guest experience.

Overall, I think BetterSTR provides excellent value for the money. It combines several useful tools into one platform, is easy to set up and manage, and has worked reliably for my property. I would definitely recommend it to other short-term rental owners and hosts.

Very easy to use and provides all our useful information to guests in one place. We use the guidebooks for 4 different properties and now limit the questions and issues we have .

They provide the host a great offering. While other companies try to nickel and dime you with fees. The guidebooks are free and they have additional services at a cost. Their costs are very reasonable considering other similar products available on the market. They are constantly improving their product and offerings as well. Highly recommend.

Great product. I love the guidebook and and the wifi email capture portal. It is far superior to other email capture products and it actually capture legit email addresses from our guest staying at our cabins. This has cut down all the fake email addresses we used to get using SayFi. I canceled Stayfi and switched to betterstr. I now save $ compared to stayfi and get much more for my money. Betterstr continues to innovate all the time with new features and products. I can't wait to see what they come up with next.

Have really liked having all the features offered in the free BetterSTR online Guidebook - we have most all of our house information in there: checking-in, checking-out, how to use appliances, instructions for pool and hot tub, etc. Great to be able to update it from anywhere, and not have to print it so guests always have access to the most recent version. And guests can view it from their own devices, even when they are not in the house. BetterSTR has added lots of features, even to the free version.
