Avoid Betmaster – One of the Worst Online Casino Experiences I've Had
Avoid this platform. It's simply one of the worst online casino experiences I've had.
There are constant technical problems. Games regularly go offline, and the dreaded "The game is temporarily unavailable" error appears far too often—sometimes affecting all games at the same time.
Customer support is painfully slow. Getting a simple answer can take ages, and I've even had live chat sessions close unexpectedly while I was still typing. Agent appeared to go offline in the middle of the chat.
The registration and verification process seems designed to test your patience. When I tried to register again, they refused to accept my broadband/landline bill as proof of address. Trying to explain the situation was a complete waste of time because of how slow and unhelpful the support team was.
Another major downside is withdrawals. You can't just withdraw your money whenever you want without penalties. If you've deposited or withdrawn recently, you may be charged a fee of 3–5%, which is something I haven't experienced with the many other online casinos I've used(this is the message you will get : You can withdraw funds for a 0% commission fee, if it has been more than 3 hours since your last deposit or withdrawal. We cannot be held responsible for delays occurring after funds leave our network.)
The website itself is outdated and not user-friendly. The game search function is poor, the homepage hardly ever changes, and you're constantly shown the same games. Even worse, many popular titles simply aren't available. I contacted support about this over a year ago and was told they were "working on" adding these games. Unsurprisingly, nothing has changed since then.
Promotions? Don't expect much. Compared with other casinos, they're extremely disappointing.
I have accounts with several online casino platforms, and Betmaster is by far the least user-friendly and the most frustrating to use. I'll be closing my account as soon as I'm able to withdraw my remaining balance.
There are far better, more reliable online casinos available. Save yourself the frustration and stay away from Betmaster.

One of the worst betting sites. Verification process is outrages and probably against law and not according to GDPR. Asking for 2 different sources od address approval but only one source should be utility bill and other should be "Government correspondence" preferably your Tax certificate which is most likely something to report to Irish authorities. Beside that a lot technical issues like not able to sort odds display as decimal, reverting to fractions every login. AVOID at every cost!

Avoid these scammers, if you bet on slots anyway they are totally rigged like I sorta expected it after my first session with them but I tried again today just to see if it was more of the same, and it was like ground hog day, shit tonnes of bonus rounds that never pay nada, My last session out of 15 bonus rounds, one returned more than the buy in amount lmao, the rest where lower than 12x, quite a sickening experience but I hope this helps others avoid these scammers. Im not even betting online with this company a week and now I can't withdraw my winnings upto Friday every withdraw was seamless but yesterday I deposited and won and went to withdraw and it didn't come to my bank .customer service says its a security issue and they need to verify my account for security reasons but obviously not , they are holding my funds even though I was verified on my account with documents provided.
It appears if u win they decide to hold ur funds.

Honestly speaking BM Solutions LTD are professional Scammers/Fraudasters.
Last year Feb2025( was with BM Solutions LTD) lost huge amount of money then decided to self exclude for indefinite period and did it aswell. I also got gambling problem then after few months as being a problem gambler tried to access the account with (operated by BM Solutions LTD) With same Identification( no dupicate identification) allowed me to acess the account, make a deposit & play which is really a serious negligence & against the gambling law, i only noticed it when i got an email from the so called personnel VIP manager( tried to match out with my previous emails exactly the same one) which woke me up & made me aware from this scammers(BM Solutions LTD). Firstly tried to sort out things internally with team as i explained the situation & also send all the previous proof then they closed my account without my concern then after i made a complaint directly to MGA, they registered my case/complaint got a reference no. aswell but now it’s been so long waiting & i even don’t get any response for my email which is really very fraustating & it’s driving me through lots of problem(physical,mental,financial,family).
I even didn’t thought to write down & share my problem that i’m going through but enough is enough and i couldn’t tolerate all these things.
I also emailed to GRAI who is responsible for licensing & regulating both in person & online casino in Ireland but no response from them aswell.
So the total deposit made was €16280/- after self-excluded permanently with BM Solutions LTD. Previously lost around 40k before self exclusion, i really don’t care for the 40k lost that was my own problem but after self exclusion how can so called no.1 casino in Ireland allow someone( problem gambler) very easily to acess the account with same information, not any security check, no questioning, make a deposit and play.
Whatever i’ll fight till the end to get justice & refund. So people just be aware of the company like BM Solutions LTD.

Deposited funds twice won money on slots and it won't let me withdraw and customer service are no help whatsoever I've contacted several times about this issue and no resolution. Everytime I try withdraw after 24 hours the money goes back to my account balance.

I joined for the 250 euro bonus when apparently if you bet 250 euro it is matched by a 250 euro bonus. Having bet 250 euros and won just 17 euro i was then told I have to bet that 17 euro and if that loses my bonus becomes available. So basically if you win with your initial 250 euro bets your bonus does not become available. If you withdraw those winnings you lose your bonus. So basically you have to lose all your real money in the account before the bonus becomes available. An absolute Scam.
