Since we are quick to complain when things go wrong, I want to take the time to share my experience with BetInAsia.
Thus far ( since almost 2 Years now) I had not any negative experience with them. I never had any problems with their payouts whatsoever. Since May, I payed out over 20k and I almost always received that money the next day.
Of Course, the 1.5 Ods turn over Requirement is a bit of a pain but once you get through it, everything just runs seamlessly.
The Verification process, as far as I remember, was also pretty smooth and quick. I can't speak for others but just give the company everything they need and you won't have any problems with the onboarding. I guess they are pretty much interested in getting as many people as they can but they have to adhere to some requirements from the laws in their country.
I really can't Identify with the negative reviews. I Play by their rules and send them what they need and everything is fine.
Until Today, im really satisfied. I Sincerely hope it stays that way.

Had several issues with Betinasia. Wanted to change email on my account, sent in selfies with passport as my only ID. But they are keeping me in a loop and taking forever to change an email that before took 10 min.

They trick people using a very simple method - betfair decide not to pay winning bets and after the victim complaint they answer that they are not responsable how the bookmaker is settling the bets because betinasia is only the agent. In some cases they will pay part of the damage in order to keep the client but soon the case will repeat and they will take your money again with the same method.

Do not be fooled by their odds—you will never be able to withdraw your funds.
I opened an account two weeks ago and completed full KYC verification. Everything was approved, and they kept sending me messages saying, "Everything is fine, we want to build your trust."
Confident in their service, I deposited €5,000 in cryptocurrency and placed a bet on France vs. Egypt in the World Cup. The bet lost, which is a normal part of sports betting, leaving me with a remaining balance of €1,000.
However, right after that, they randomly blocked my account, and I could no longer log in. They demanded documents for 7 different verification points, and the demands just kept endlessly growing—asking for proof of income, employment details, family inheritance records, etc.
I provided EVERY SINGLE requested document, including proof of funds, wallet addresses, and transaction Hash IDs. After waiting a week, they simply ignored all my proof and sent the exact same automated email with brand-new demands.
Now, my remaining €1,000 is completely locked in the account. I cannot use it to play, nor can I withdraw it. They keep replying with the exact same copy-pasted email over and over again. Do not get scammed by these fraudsters. Stay far away!

Only positive experiences so far
I have been using them for a few months now, and I've had nothing but positive experiences so far. Customer support is friendly and extremely efficient, all my issues have been solved in just a few minutes. The KYC process is straightforward, and deposits are fast and easy.
Their BLACK platform provides the best available odds by aggregating a wide range of bookmakers and exchanges. The UI is also very easy to navigate, allowing for quick bet placement. My only minor issue has been that my full stake doesn't always get matched instantly. Sometimes it gets partially matched, meaning I have to place another bet with the remaining stake. However, I suppose that’s just how it works when you're hunting for the best odds across different providers.
I haven't made a withdrawal yet, but I assume it will be just as hassle-free, as they have proven to be a very professional and reliable broker so far.

My total deposits are many times larger than my winnings. I only placed one or two bets there. I found this company through the Arbusers forum, but in my experience they have been completely untrustworthy.
I want to warn others to be very careful before betting with this company. I will share screenshots showing their repeated responses. They continue sending the same messages while refusing to return either my deposits or my winnings after 101 days.

Account suspended after Profit in BetInAsia Sharp exchange
Last update 6th July: Problem solved happily.
Old issues: Just opened a BetInAsia account for Sharp exchange betting 3 days ago, deposited $300 USDT but only received $297. I've never seen any platform deduct crypto deposits with fees, but it's okay，not a big issue. The ridiculous thing happened yesterday: Sharp exchange suspended my account without any notification or email. I had to contact BetInAsia customer service; they replied promptly and were nice, but only gave a generic response: "regular check-up to be conducted on customers' activity regarding their betting behaviour as a precautionary measure to avoid fraudulent and criminal activities that can be achieved through betting." Ridiculous! regular checks during the busy World Cup betting period, and I have no idea why my bets on only 3-4 World Cup matches drew their attention. Maybe it's the profit problem ($300 deposit and now a balance of $4500). Now, over 24 hours later, still no official reply to me and my account is frozen. Very frustrated. Update 30th June: Result after 48 hours, Checks been completed and account reinstated, good results in the end. Thanks BetinAsia.

Reliable service and an excellent exchange
I've been using BetInAsia for several years and have had a very positive experience.

Accepted Winning Bet Settled as Lost
I had a very concerning experience with BetInAsia regarding a live football bet placed through the Sing2 bookmaker.
I placed a live bet on Barcelona to win against Atletico Madrid. The bet was fully accepted and confirmed by the platform, and the total stake was approximately USD 3,422.96.
Barcelona won the match 2-1, meaning the selected outcome was correct.
However, instead of voiding the bet due to the alleged odds discrepancy, the bet was settled as LOST.
BetInAsia later informed me that there was a discrepancy between the odds displayed on the platform and the real market odds. If that was truly the case, then the correct action should have been to void or cancel the bet, not to settle a winning bet as a losing one.
The wager was accepted, the ticket was generated, and the event proceeded normally. Only after the match ended did they refuse the outcome.
I contacted support multiple times, but the responses were repetitive and ultimately they stated that the bookmaker controls the settlement while BetInAsia acts only as intermediary.
I believe this type of settlement is unfair and inconsistent. A winning bet should never be converted into a losing bet because of an alleged pricing issue.

( this review is for every better that hesitates to use BIA because of the 1 star comments) I am using BIA for over a month, firstly i thought its a scam and i would lose money but for a month i have over 4k crypto withdraws without a problem. the site is legit.
