Spam calling
Since I registered at BDMbet, I have been targeted by constant phone harassment from various Italian (+39) and Maltese (+356) numbers. I am receiving multiple calls every single day.
When I contacted their support to stop this, I only got an automated bot response. The bot tells me to change my preferences in my profile, but the profile settings state that I must contact support to make any changes. This is a deliberate "dark pattern" loop to prevent users from exercising their privacy rights.
It is extremely unprofessional and intrusive. If you value your privacy and don't want to be spammed by call centers every day, stay away from this casino! My next step is a formal complaint to the gambling commission.

Very bad casino. Don’t waste your money or time here. If you win consistently and try to withdraw, they simply close your account, and all your accumulated points and levels are lost.
Also, they like to delay payouts like for example - you request a withdrawal, after 24 hours they reject it and ask for something. The same steps repeat for days till finally you get your money!

ABSOLUTE SCAM OF A WEBSITE THEY LET YOU GAMBLE THROUGH THE LIMITS YOU SET AND RESPOND WITH ITS NOT OUR PROBLEM. I set a session limit to make sure I wouldn’t lose my winnings since their slow withdrawal system takes forever. Then proceeded to lose all my winnings due to faulty limits that said my limit was at 0 then it proceeds to go into negative minutes remaining. After days of investigating any reliable not scam casino would compensate for a faulty responsible gambling system but since these scammers operate with a curaçao regulation they can get away with whatever they want.

Whilst BDM actually payout, when VIP level is reached, the fees to deposit become excessive and you’re told they are charged by your own payment provider. Trying to explain to them that the payment provider is not decided by you the player/depositor is like hitting your head on a brick wall. Then when you ask for information on who the provider is your told that they cannot provide such information. I’ve had over the past few weeks double deposits taken from my bank account that will not be returned to me, even thou I have provided the bank details of the deposit. I’ve had almost $40 charged in fees to make 4 deposits, this is without the bank fees, which you except anyway as part of the process. To say I’m extremely disappointed would be an understatement. I’ve been offered 25 spins as a bonus as they understand my frustration.

unfortunately, this casino strongly appears to be a scam. I won €250 with a low entry bet, and I have now been waiting for my payout for three weeks. They continuously demand new documents and keep changing their verification requirements without any transparency.
The support is equally unacceptable — they provide no real help and instead invent new excuses for every delay or rejection of documents.
In other casinos, even with significantly higher winnings, verification has always been simple and consistent: bank statement, ID, and proof of address were more than sufficient.
I strongly recommend choosing other, reputable casinos instead of wasting time here.

Update 3: Seems they finally want to settle it. Just got a mail from them stating that they do proceed with the payment now. Lets see where this goes.
Update 4: After some weeks of delays, changing verification requirements, and the unexpected closure of my account, BDMbet has finally processed the payout, and the funds have arrived. This happened shortly after I made the situation public and after their attempt to flag my review was rejected.
My concerns were mainly about the unclear communication and the inconsistent verification process. I’ve had much smoother experiences with other licensed casinos where the requirements were transparent and straightforward.
However, I do appreciate that the payment was finally completed, but the overall process was frustrating and took significantly longer than expected.
