I have recently undergone breast augmentation and uplift with Dr Baris Keklik.

My experience was second to none from the initial enquiry stage to the surgery and aftercare.

My personal assistant Henry was absolutely incredible. The speed of communication and reassurance given to me prior to my arrival and during my stay was phenomenal! From here in the UK until leaving, I always felt like a priority and nothing ever felt too much trouble. I was made to feel comfortable and heard.

My whole experience was smooth and stress free.

The hotel we stayed in was gorgeous and directly opposite the hospital.

My experience at the hospital was incredible - the staff really went above and beyond to look after me and the cleanliness, food and support was again, amazing.

Dr Baris Keklik was really knowledgeable during my pre op assessment and listened to my desired outcome whilst advising me professionally and medically. I felt respected and I was treated with nothing but dignity and compassion throughout. I was made to feel at ease and in safe hands from the moment he walked through my door.

Dr Baris Operation Nurse Ms.Gulhan was the most gorgeous soul I’ve ever met. Upon meeting her and how she dealt with me, it felt like a professional friend. I felt so safe with her during my hospital stay and she really lifted my spirits.

Later in our stay, we visited Dr Baris Keklik clinic for a check up and the clinic was beautiful! Clean, modern and reassuring. Dr Baris gave me really clear aftercare advice and also advised me of my post op care and results.

I never leave reviews but I cannot not leave a review for Dr Baris Keklik and his team! I had the most friendliest and welcoming experience and it is clear from my results already how talented Dr Baris is as a surgeon.

I would highly recommend to anyone looking for surgery and I will absolutely be back ❤️

After breastfeeding, I had lost a lot of upper fullness and no longer felt comfortable in many of my clothes. I wanted breast augmentation, but I was very worried about choosing implants that would look too large or obvious on my frame.Rose supported me throughout the planning stage and answered every question with patience. She never pushed me toward a bigger size and helped me understand that the final decision would be made after Dr. Barış examined my proportions.During the consultation, Dr. Barış Keklik discussed implant width, projection and how the result would fit my shoulders and waist. I appreciated that the conversation was about balance rather than simply choosing a number. His recommendation was slightly different from what I originally imagined, but the explanation made complete sense.The operation and hospital process were very smooth. Nurse Gülhan was incredibly gentle after surgery and made me feel safe during the early checks. The first week required patience, especially when sleeping and getting up, but the recovery became easier each day.My breasts now look fuller, feminine and very natural under clothing. The result has restored the volume I lost without making my body look exaggerated. I feel comfortable and confident again, and I am very grateful for the honest guidance I received.

I visited Dr Bariş for a breast augmentation. I had small tuberous breasts to begin with and I wanted to find somewhere to give me a fuller bust whilst correcting the tuberous form.

I chose this Dr as his before and after photos were exactly what I was looking for.

The communication via Whatsapp beforehand was amazing. The actual hospital and hotel were very beautiful and I felt safe. The surgery went well and whilst I am only 3 weeks post op, I am yet to see my final result whilst they drop and fluff, my breasts are already looking amazing.

Nurse Gülhan was such a kind and sweet nurse, she made me feel so at ease. Kate who looked after me at the hospital was lovely and made me feel comfortable as I had some pre-op nerves, she held my hand as I waited.

I would come back to see Dr Bariş again should I wish for any future surgery. I hope that my breasts continue to look better as they heal, and I can't wait to see the final result.

My rhinoplasty journey with Dr. Barış Keklik was emotional in the best way. I had disliked my side profile for a long time, but I did not want a dramatic change. Rose understood this from the beginning and communicated everything with kindness. Dr. Barış made a very refined plan and explained what could realistically be improved. Kate was supportive with appointments and logistics, and nurse Gülhan was so caring after the operation. When the cast came off, I cried because my nose looked softer and more balanced, but still completely natural.

After researching extensively and contacting more than 23 clinics, as well as speaking with multiple surgeons, choosing Dr Baris Keklik for my mastopexy with breast implants (breast lift with implants) was by far the best decision I could have made.

My journey started with Rose, who was absolutely brilliant from day one. She responded to every message almost instantly, answered every single question I had, and made me feel completely comfortable and informed throughout the entire process.

The hospital and hotel were phenomenal. I have genuinely never experienced facilities of such a high standard. Everything exceeded my expectations and made the whole experience as comfortable as possible.

Once I arrived, Rose was by my side every step of the way, from admission through to recovery. Having that level of support was invaluable and made me feel completely looked after.

The nurses, doctors, and surgical team were all incredible. Even the anaesthetist was so gentle, reassuring, and comforting that any nerves I had quickly disappeared. Every member of staff treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care.

My recovery has been plain sailing so far. Any worries or questions I’ve had have been answered and checked almost immediately, which has given me huge peace of mind throughout the healing process.

Most importantly, I cannot explain how happy I am with my results. After 15 years, I genuinely feel like I have myself back again. The outcome has exceeded all of my expectations, and I couldn’t be more grateful to Dr Baris Keklik and the entire team.

I had breast augmentation with Dr. Barış Keklik and the result is exactly the style I wanted: fuller, elegant and natural for my frame. Rose was wonderful before my trip and helped me understand the options without pushing me toward a size that would not suit me. In the consultation, Dr. Barış explained the implant choice and proportions very clearly. Kate handled the practical side of the journey very well, so I did not feel lost in a different country. The recovery was easier than I imagined and the result already feels like it belongs to my body.

From the start, to the post-procedure checks it was all smooth sailing. Ecem takes patient relations seriously and will help with any of your questions and concerns. Gulhan handles your medical journey like it is one of her own. And Dr. Keklik is second to none in his domain of expertise. He is super professional in his work while still being very compassionate to his patients.

I wanted rhinoplasty, but I was worried about losing the character of my face. Dr. Barış Keklik understood this immediately. He did not try to create a tiny or artificial nose; he focused on breathing, profile balance and facial harmony. The swelling is improving every week and the shape already looks refined but still like me. This was exactly what I hoped for.

A very professional experience from consultation to aftercare. I had breast surgery with Dr. Barış Keklik and felt that he understood the kind of result I wanted. I had an amazing experience getting a rhinoplasty! He fixed my deviated septum which was one of my biggest concerns on my face and he also helped me achieve symmetry, and removed my dorsal hump. I have already recommended 5 of my friends to come get their noses done by Dr.Bariş Keklik whenever they are ready. He was very kind and I felt Calm and safe/ in good hands the entire time.

Flew to turkey to have a mastopexy and lypo suction done by dr keklik, from start to finish the whole experience was incredible. Lovely transfers and hotel and Kate was the best! The hotel is so advanced and nothing like I’ve ever seen before. The surgery could not of gone any better, the before and after is so different and I absolutely love my results, a lot better than I thought I would! Dr keklik is an incredible surgeon and person along with his nursing team! Thankyou to all of you, my confidence has soared and can’t wait to get back in the gym. For anyone considering it, I was up and about on day 2 and ready to fly home day 3 although I stayed a week x

I cannot thank Dr Baris and his team for a truly 5* experience from my initial enquiry to coming home, I was very well cared for. I had Rose who was amazing and looked after all my needs and enquiries throughout. I was collected from the airport in a luxury car and taken to my stunning hotel where I was greeted warmly and I had a contact there who took care of any of my needs.
I was then taken to my 5* hospital where I met the amazing Dr Baris and his team. We had a consultation and he was very thorough with all my pre op tests and my expectations of my desired look. He explained what he was going to do and put me at complete ease and gave me the confidence that I had picked the correct surgeon.
The results are fabulous and I cannot recommend him enough to anyone looking for cosmetic surgery.
