Just don't
Placed an order on 05/02/2026 and still haven't received anything besides a DHL tracking link. When I use this tracking link I see that the parcel has not even been given to DHL yet! No answers to my e-mails from their team. Unacceptable.

on 11 and on 16feb sent them an email to ask why order is NOT DELIVERED. Never got any answer.

First order fantastic second order came late
Very good service , actually inam very very happy with this new company, indeed my second order came a bit late but it was now Christmas time so it took a bit longer buy whenever i wrote to the company i was IMMEDIATELY ANSWERED, this is a reliable company which i will continue to buy . Highly recommend.

Very slow processing & shipping
placed my order 24/11 it’s now 03/12 and still waiting on delivery - seems pretty unacceptable in this day and age having to wait nearly 2 weeks on a delivery. Chat function on website is only in Danish. All in all not user friendly shopping experience

Good experience with customer service
Wrong item was originally sent, but after emailing them, I received a quick response from customer service and an email with the tracking number for the correct item in less than 24 hours. Seeing how my order issue was taken care of quickly and professionally, I am very satisfied with my experience with Bangerhead and would definitely recommend them!

Unfortunately the collaboration between company and DHL it's not top.. Dhl is really long to deliver the parcels so take one week for delivery.
