I requested a quote for a number of items, including one that was not on the website, plus shipping outside of Italy. I got a very fast response with the order all ready for payment at a dedicated link. All with a nice discount off of list price. Highly recommended!

Worst experience ever
Rude, disorganized and incompetent. Nearly 3 weeks after I payed for my order and I still have not received anything. Upon contacting the costumer service I still had to take things into my own hand and get in touch with their suppliers. Stay away from them. Buy things from elsewhere. Even a carboot sale shines in comparison.

Come le è stato comunicato, la casa produttrice ha avuto dei forti ritardi di produzione.
La informo inoltre che faranno degli straordinari nella giornata di domani per completare alcuni ordini che hanno subito ritardi e con l’occasione proveranno a completare anche il suo ordine.
Le chiediamo, gentilmente, di comprendere la situazione - posso capitare dei ritardi di lavorazione.
Vorremmo inoltre sapere se può aspettare almeno fino all'inizio della prossima settimana - lunedi/martedi - per farle avere un quadro più preciso.
In alternativa, posso chiedere di inviarle gli incassi - così da poter andare avanti con i lavori - ed in seguito le verranno inviate le parti esterne.
