The service was easy to use and delivery was on time

The service was easy to use and the bags were delivered on time (even 15 minutes early). We had one special luggage, and got a very good service with it too. A phone number was needed to book the service and my Finnish number could not be used, so I hope there will be an update to that. However, we were able to make the resevation together with customer service via Whatsapp. Highly recommend this service!

Everything was perfect

Everything was perfect. Very good communication, delivery on time, helpful and friendly drivers. We loved this service. And even environment friendly and to a reasonable price!

I had a wonderful experience with this company!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. My daughter and I went to Lugano as one of our stops during our 4-weeks Euro trip. We had one huge and bulky luggage with us that I did not want to bring with us.
The unit I stayed advertised this company so I reached out right away and scheduled a pick-up before we left for lugano.
I wish I had remembered the guys name who picked up and dropped off our luggage but he was fast and efficient!
My luggage was in great condition. They wrapped it with a plastic bag and made sure it was tagged properly so it does not get lost. I would definitely use them again the next time I am in Milan!
