DO NOT USE BACK MARKET
DO NOT USE BACK MARKET. Received a Galaxy S24 FE with a faulty battery, sent it back to get repaired, and it got sent to the wrong address, and Back Market have not been able to retrieve it for 2 weeks! I have had no phone for 3+ weeks, and customer service are refusing to offer timelines or solutions to the issue. I have requested a refund from Paypal and am waiting to hear back.

The phone is great and i feel like buying a new phone. It is my first time buying a refurbished phone and I didn't expect to be so good considering the price that is affordable within my own budget. And buying this phone was a right choice. The delivery service was also great as well. It is fast on top of that it was free delivery.
